We had a wonderful time in Montreal. The condo was perfect. Amazing location, convenient parking, spacious and extremely clean unit with a well-equipped kitchen. Smooth check-in process. The host was quick to respond and very helpful throughout our visit.

Perfect Location

We were able to walk to many great restaurants on St Denis and St Laurent streets. The condo had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Montreal.

Great Condo in Montreal

This is an excellent condo in Montreal. Easy walking to many restaurants and a short taxi or Uber ride to old Montreal. Plus, on-site parking is great for those with a car.

Wonderful experience

Best experience we could have hoped for.Check in was seamless. The property manager even let us check in 8h early which made our first day so much easier. Everything was clean and stocked when we arrived.

Very comfortable

We had a very nice stay. We loved being so close to St. Louis Square, one of the nicest parks in town. Metro was one block away. The windows do overlook Rue Sherbrook, so it is not the quietest place at times. The easy free parking was terrific.

Cannot wait to return!!

What a wonderful host and a fantastic apartment/condo!!! Everything was perfect. The place was so comfortable and spotless, the parking made our stay even better. Frank was a very responsive and pleasant host. We loved the location and explored new areas of Montreal- st. denis, St laurent…. Along with our old favorites, downtown and old montreal. We look forward to returning to this vrbo again and again.

Family visit to Montreal

I can’t give a more appreciative review of our 1st VRBO experience and in particular this host. The bar has been set high for us going forward. Outstanding property in an incredible location. Across from Sherbrooke Metro station and with a parking spot. Seamless experience all around! 5 Stars for us!!

Excellent stay

This was our second time staying at this property, it was perfect for us and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be in this area of town. I would warn that it is a very busy street corner though so there is a lot of traffic from about 6:30am and there can be a noisy nightlife from Tuesday to Saturday (we used earplugs and that solves it!). I’d also note it was a few flights of stairs to get there, which is fine for us but might be harder if people have difficulty with stairs. There are great restaurants within very short walking distance and private off-street parking, which is very rare! The host is super quick at responding and very helpful. The apartment is so large and bright, everything you need is there, we love it! Also to note though that there is no door on one of the bedrooms - for us this is fine but if guests needed privacy it might be a bit awkward! For our family, I would always come back here, I haven’t found anything else as convenient. Thanks for our second great stay!

Loved this loft style apartment in Montreal

Stayed three nights with our 3 teen and preteen kids. This is a fantastic location. We parked our car and took the metro around to all the sights. We were able to spread out with plenty of beds. The space was beautiful and nicely accommodated — everything you need for a great stay. Be aware, it is a third floor walk up, which seems typical for the city. Our youngest child has mobility issues and difficulty with stairs. She was able to manage, but it is something to consider for individuals with disabilities. The metro station is very convenient but no elevator at this stop. Escalator and stairs to the platform. All in all, we love this apartment and location and would definitely recommend it. Can’t wait to come back to Montreal and would stay here again. Host was very responsive.

Fantastic Condo in the Heart of Montreal

The condo is beautiful and modern and could not be more perfectly located. We had everything we needed within walking distance including the best patisserie in the city (Mamie Clafoutis.) The owner is extremely responsive (we arrived in the evening after a blizzard and needed to confirm we were parking in the correct spot!) And, yes, having a parking spot in the middle of the city was great. We left our car and walked everywhere! The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean! The kitchen comes equipped with everything you could need and the place is very secure. Highly recommend!
