The space
This end-unit home sits directly at Sugarbush Resort with ski-in/ski-out access in winter, making it easy to come and go with the rhythms of the mountain. The living area centers around an indoor fireplace and comfortable seating, with large windows bringing in natural light and winter scenery. Entertainment is built in, from arcade games and a game console to board games and oversized group games that suit all ages.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for shared meals, whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading to the lifts or cooking dinner after a long day outside. A dining table provides space to gather, linger, and warm up together.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces. The main floor includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and a twin sleeper chair. Upstairs, two bedrooms each feature a king bed. The fourth bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk, a twin window bed, and a twin trundle. A queen pull-out couch in the living room adds flexibility. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided, along with a washer and dryer for longer stays.
