This single story, 1871 sq ft. home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Fully renovated in 2024, this brand new home has been thoughtfully set up with guests’ comfort in mind!

Huge primary bedroom with en suite bathroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and extra private access to the backyard. The other two bedrooms feature a queen bed and queen-over-queen bunk beds. All bedrooms feature premium linens, comfy beds, and other extra touches with guests in mind including white noise machines and smart TV’s. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with tons of amenities to make your stay oh-so easy! Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, quality toilet paper, Qtips, cotton balls, tissues, make up wipes, cleaning supplies, and more.

Full laundry room available for guests, with laundry tabs, dryer sheets and more provided.

Guests are welcome to park in the 2-car garage during their stay using keypad access. There is limited parking in front of the house, but the property can accommodate up to 6 vehicles (2 in the garage, 2 on the driveway, and 2 on the street.)

The house is situated on a busy street that leads you right into the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. There is some street noise that is slightly audible from inside the house. The bedrooms are all on the back of the house though so street noise is extremely minimal from the bedrooms, and white noise machines are provided for guests to wash out any noises..

There is a Guest Handbook provided for guests inside the house with lots of helpful information including recommendations for favorite local attractions and restaurants in the area. Your host is a local resident with full knowledge of the property, the local area, and is readily available during your stay to address questions in a timely manner.

Fine print:
*Pool Heat* The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100 per day for the duration of your stay. That cost just covers the extra utilities required to heat this pool. The heat fee would be charged separately after your booking is secured. Must be requested & paid for at least 2 days in advance of your arrival.

No check-in's or check-out's allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.

If the cleaning of the house after a guest checks out takes more than 5-hours, the guest will be charged accordingly for the excess.

We have a strict no smoking, no vaping, no illegal drugs policy at the property.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $300 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.

Video disclosure: There are 2 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security for protection. One camera is located outside the front door, and the other overlooks the driveway. All look out over public places only.
