Minuten vom Scottsdale Fashion Square, 5 Baseballstadien der Cactus League, Kunstgalerien, Restaurants, Bars, Wandern, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreichen Golfplätzen entfernt. Dieses wundervolle Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Der großzügige Grundriss und die gewölbten Decken ermöglichen es den Gästen, zusammen zu sein, ohne sich jedoch überfüllt zu fühlen. Der Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen und an der angrenzenden Frühstücksbar gibt es 2 weitere Sitzplätze. Es gibt einen 60-Zoll-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer für Filme, Sportveranstaltungen oder einfach zum Entspannen am Ende eines erlebnisreichen Tages sowie Fernseher in den Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zur Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten und Snacks benötigen. Der Hinterhof verfügt über einen Pool / Whirlpool-Bereich mit Lounge-Sitzen, eine Gas-Feuerstelle, einen Gasgrill, einen Außentisch und Stühle und ist das ganze Jahr über ideal zum Entspannen. The house was great, in a good location and the backyard oasis was simply amazing! Tim was very responsive when we had a question and we would highly recommend his house. We would definitely rent from him again if we come back out to AZ.

We liked the house. It is fine for 3 couples When I booked the house it slept 8 when I got there it slept 6. We were only 6 but two were singles One of our guests had to sleep on a couch. Because the 4th bed had been replaced by 2 couches Unfortunately the hot tub was not operating properly the owner had to turn on the heater each time we wished to use it the jets are very weak and pretty useless. We liked the location and the house just disappointed in the things that weren't working or available

The house was very clean and extremely well-supplied. The owner was very quick to respond to questions we had throughout our stay. The only complaint would be that the hot tub's jets weren't working well.

We came for a week of golf,and the location was ideal! Everything within minutes of property. The house and backyard made the trip for us, very nice, And Tim was Extremely accommodating there where minor issues with the hot tub due to the extreme weather right before our stay but again Tim was there to make it right. I was impressed with the whole process and the place is great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great House and Host

House was perfect for our family of 4, pool was not in great condition upon our arrival due to the palm trees on the neighbors property. The host immediately took action and got the pool back in shape so we could spend time in the water. We will book there again.

Great stay in Scottsdale

We had a great stay. Property was in a great location for getting around Phoenix. Quiet. Nice and clean. Exactly as described. Had everything we needed And the pool and back yard was really nice after a long hot Phoenix day. We have stayed in Phoenix many times at hotels. We so preferred our experience here. The privacy was a welcome change. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect fit for us

Ready to go and clean. Correspondence with Tim was spot on. Would have preferred access to garage (hot car) andarea rugs for the main living area. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained. Great location. 12 min to Old Scottsdale also close to Sky Harbor. Will return.

Wonderful Location with Nice Pool

This could have been a bad review due to some issues with the pool, but Tim quickly and thoroughly resolved the problem. With the temps near 100 we really enjoyed splashing around in crystal clear water. The grill and fire pit are also some of the better we’ve experienced in our 20 years of booking vacation homes, as well as Tim’s communication throughout our stay. We will definitely book again next year!

Scottsdale Vacation

The house was fine, but there were some issues that could be improved for the next person. The worst thing in the house was in the master bedroom the shower accumulated 3" of water in the base until I decided to clean out the strainer which fixed the problem, but I didn't go on vacation to do cleaning. We couldn't find any controller to turn up the TV. The master bedroom didn't have a door on the outer bathroom so if one person wanted to get ready early the other person was forced to wake up early as well. Single ply toilet paper-really! The master bed was very high off the floor, difficult to get into. But all of these things didn't really impact our trip...but the pool did. It was extremely dirty, the water in both the pool and hot tub were green. The pool has a ton of sand on the bottom covering all of the stairs and entire bottom of the pool, not anything we would swim in. The pool girl came on Monday but that didn't help. After going in the hot tub it took me 30 minutes to get the sand off me and out of my swimming suit. The pool and hot tub were a big part of the reason we chose this location to rent.

Wonderful vacation spot

This house is spacious , clean, well laid out. Has a very fun hot tub and pool. Has a large grill where we had dinner most nights. It's in a quiet neighborhood really close to the 101 so easily accessible to the other areas of Phoenix . We are already talking about coming back next year !! The owner is really responsive

Scottsdale sanctuary

Property clean and comfortable. Finely appointed with many amenities. Loved the hot tub, pool, and grill. Weather was a bit chilly, but no problem with a very nice fireplace. We were very happy there. Property Manager couldn’t have been more friendly, accommodating and very accessible. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. Loved the bed and obsessed with the pillows. I slept better than I do at home. We cooked often and the home was stocked with every essential. Loved your hot/cold water dispenser. Added bonus

Scottsdale family vacation

The property manager was very accessible and responsive. The lower rating comes from the fact that one day into our stay the hot tub did not stay full enough to use regularly. We notified Tim who was always on the spot to add water so that we could use it. The main reason for choosing this property for us was the hot tub so dealing with fill issues on a daily basis was a bit disappointing. Overall the house is aesthetically pleasing. For the patio the gas grill igniter buttons are broken and the grill has to be lit with a lighter. For the cost I expected everything to be in full working order. If we return to Scottsdale in the future, I would look for a different property to stay at.

Arizona Adaptive Golf Tournament

Tim ‘s property was absolutely perfect for our needs. I was with both of my sons. This was the first time in a very long time that we actually got alone time together. My one son who was in the Arizona Adaptive Inaugural Tournament. At Papago Golf Club . The course was only 7 minutes away and the home was so easily accessible from any major highways or roads, but yet tucked away in a very quiet and lively neighborhood. The back yard was Absolutely Awesome!! The waterfall pool, hot tub fire pit and huge grill made for awesome outside evenings. We would definitely come back to Tim’s home again. Next year!! This is the kind of host and home that are the postcard for the VRBO experience! Thank you Tim Sincerely, Melissa

This amazing property is significantly newer than most of the homes in the Old Town area - built in 1999. It has a new pool, spa and all the finest amenities (gas BBQ and fire pit). It's been thoughtfully designed to accommodate families or groups of friends for a fun, relaxing and very memorable vacation.
