The main level hosts the luxurious primary suite, including private access to the expansive deck with gorgeous lake views, a premier fully-stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining room that seats up to 12 comfortably, an office/study room, and a full bath. The upper level includes three bedrooms and two full baths with a landing overlooking the main living area, providing more incredible views. The lower level contains a full bar and spacious recreation room perfect for entertaining, pool and foosball tables, an additional primary suite with more beautiful lake views, and a cozy bunk room. The walkout leads to a covered patio with a new (2025) hot tub and delightful fire pit, perfect for winding down after a busy day on the water. Enjoy your morning coffee or gourmet dinner on the deck with exquisite views. Spend all day on the water boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, or simply relaxing on the sandy beach. Dock Details:
Cleats to tie up boats and jet skis are available for guest use. All drivers of motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License.

Off-Season Use: (November - March):
Kayaks, paddle boards, and dock lounge chairs are stored in the boathouse during the Lake Anna off-season to protect them from the elements. Guests may use them, but must return all items to storage prior to departure.

You will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi during the booking process. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations and providing our guests and our property with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Reservations may be canceled if verification is not successfully completed. In addition, we require a Security Deposit or a Property Damage Protection Policy and a Renter Agreement to complete your booking.

This home is not available for parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind. Only registered overnight guests are permitted on the property at all times. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

For safety reasons, two exterior security cameras are installed: one at the front of the house near the garage and another at the back above the deck.

This rental property does not allow pets; however, the owners have a non-allergenic Cockapoo dog that they bring with them when they use the home personally.

"We've been coming to Lake Anna for years and this was one of our favorite stays! We had several families with kids and adults of all ages and everyone absolutely loved this home. Very well stocked, very comfortable, very well laid out - all around the perfect house! If you have young kids, the water is ideal as it is shallow for many yards off the dock. The parents of the youngest of our group were really impressed as it allowed the kids ample place to play and splash while parents looked on. The owners were super responsive and we very much appreciated our "pointe of view" at Lake Anna!"

Awesome Stay!

"This place has endless space both indoors and out. Very well decorated with lake written all over it. The kitchen is very roomy and stocked with everything you need to cook for large crowds. The furniture is top notch and very comfortable. The beds are also very comfortable with bedding that makes you want to stay put. The deck on the lakeside of house is massive with a clear view of beautiful lake Anna. The dock is also very spacious with shade and sun all day. We will definitely stay there again."

Exactly what I was looking for!

"This beautiful home was perfect for a group of 11. Enough space to spread out and each person had their own bed. The kitchen was well stocked and two full sized refrigerators allowed us to stay at the property all weekend. The basement/rec room was amazing. There was enough room to play pool, sit at the bar, or relax on the couches. The fire pit was a great size as was the back yard. We had enough room for a game of wiffle ball. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From check in (thank you office staff!) to checkout it was an ideal stay."

"The lake views are spectacular from all over the house! Beautifully decorated - very stylish and cozy!!! The bedrooms are huge with tons of room. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you need. Love the dock and the beach is perfect for easy entrance into the lake. This house is one of the nicest lake houses we've been to. They thought of everything! If you want the perfect vacation, this is your house!"
