The Space:

Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. You will love the entire property including 250 feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a nearby quiet cove and private beach. We provide tons of water toys including 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Roast some delicious s'mores outside using one of our outdoor fire pits, or have a BBQ using our Gas Grill on the deck. Enjoy the panoramic blue water views from atop of our massive deck with a screened in room. We have an open floor plan and offer 3 living areas including the main great room with a gas fireplace, a lower level game room with table shuffleboard, and golden tee arcade, and an open upper level loft area with family appropriate games. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wi-Fi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The home has 5 full bedrooms, and 4 full bathrooms. The main floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen, pantry, primary suite (King bed), second bedroom (Queen bed), and laundry room. The lower level has the game room, home theater room, and secondary suite (King bed). The upper level has a spacious loft area, and 2 additional bedrooms including Jack (Two Double beds) & Jill (Double bed + Double / Twin Bunk) style bedrooms with a shared full bath in between them.

Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, our property, and the community common area. Please let us know if you plan to rent a motorized watercraft like a Boat or Jet Ski, because we have some recommendations and helpful advice.



We are pleased to announce the newest luxury amenity at Dream Big Oasis, our Brand-New Pontoon Boat named “Dream Catcher”. Dream Catcher is a 2024 SunChaser Eclipse model 25 SSB pontoon boat powered by a Yamaha 175 SHO VMAX engine.



Whether your idea of family fun is watersports, fishing, cruising or simply finding a quiet cove to drop anchor and swim, Dream Catcher will deliver. You can also prepare meals and socialize in the expansive four-person picnic area, complete with two comfortable flip-back lounges for ultimate relaxation. If you need extra seating, the rear bench seat provides additional space for friends and family. When it's time for some thrills, the integrated ski tow lets you enjoy tubing, waterskiing, or wakeboarding adventures. Dream Catcher doesn't compromise on performance either. She is equipped with the latest Yamaha 175 HP Super High Output (SHO) four stroke engine. She also boasts the Xtreme PR25 third tube performance package that ensures a smooth ride and confident handling, making her a pontoon that's perfect for creating a memorable day on the water, blending relaxation and fun for everyone on board.

Dream Catcher is available to rent by the guests of Dream Big Oasis during the duration of their stay. The rental includes fuel, so there is no need to worry about refueling. The Operator must have a valid Virginia (or any NASBLA approved) boating license or possess a boaters safety education course certificate as well as a Virginia or other State-issued valid driver’s license. We can also offer a Captain to operate the boat if you do not qualify or if you would rather leave the driving to someone else. The Neighborhood:

Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the private boat ramp. Our house is at the end of a long private road with a circle at the end with ample parking.



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.



Getting Around:

Elk Creek Landing is the newest and most premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles. There is a white rocking chair on the front porch and the front door is brown.

Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, pantry, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, large deck, porch, and gas grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, fire pits, many smart TV's, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer.

**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
