- Get to Rosemary Beach or Alys in 10 min or less - or hop on the bikes and get there in less than 15 min. Exploring both communities by bike is a treat!

⇨Seabreeze Beach Access – An easily accessible option with parking across 30A. A 4 minute drive from the property!
⇨Walton Dunes Beach – Our favorite, with no boardwalk and a hassle-free walk straight onto the sand.
⇨Inlet Beach Regional Access – A bit farther, but great for ample parking, lifeguards, and restrooms.

- Primary bedroom: King Bed features coastal hues, Smart TV, and beautiful en-suite. Unwind with the walk-in shower and double vanity.
- Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed featuring boho vibes, a Smart TV, and a shared hall bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (Double over Double) with a Twin Trundle. Also featuring a Smart TV and shared hall bathroom.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
-We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
