* Home Layout- Open living and kitchen areas on main level with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level of the cottage. Primary bedroom is spacious, and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are smaller, but cozy. There are stairs up to the main level of the home, and stairs to the 2nd level bedrooms. Also stairs from the back patio down to the fenced-in backyard.

** Attention Guests- You must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this property. You must also sign the renter’s agreement. Lastly, you are required to pay the refundable security deposit of $600.00 before your arrival. This deposit will be held on your credit card 2 days prior to your arrival. Failure to agree to these terms will result in denial of your reservation.

* PET POLICY- we are a dog-friendly home, but you will be charged a $300 non-refundable pet fee. Dog size/breed must be pre-approved before booking. Maximum 1 dog allowed and under 50 lbs.

* Optional 6 seater Golf Cart Rental:
All drivers of the golf cart must be 21+ and must provide a valid drivers license and current insurance card, as well as sign a waiver of liability and rental agreement. Additional fees apply.

**Security cameras are located outdoors on the property at the front, side and back patio areas.
