Hop on the 6-passenger golf cart, cruise to the resort-style heated pool, or grab one of our complimentary bikes to explore. Across the street, you'll find The Big Chill – a 30A favorite for food, fun, and family time. Plus, with Deer Lake Beach Access just 5 minutes away, getting to the beach is a breeze.

- Walton Dunes Beach – Our favorite, with no boardwalk and a hassle-free walk straight onto the sand.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access – A bit farther, but great for ample parking, lifeguards, and restrooms.

- Rosemary Beach Community is a 9-minute drive away but we recommend exploring by bike, you'll be there in less than 15 minutes!
- Alys Beach Community is just as close on bike - 12 min or less.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (Unit C) There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
