Located south of 30A and overflowing with natural beauty, this long-standing community boasts a lively atmosphere, showcased in its vibrant art scene and range of funky, friendly dining establishments. Guests longing for a laid-back getaway will love relaxing by the outdoor fireplaces, lounging by the private pool, or hitting the beach—only a 1-minute bike ride away.

Swaying palm trees and a shady, wraparound porch with soft seating welcome guests to this 2-story property. Inside, multi-toned wood floors, a beamed ceiling, and natural textures create a charming and casual setting. Pile into the living area, furnished with a couch, 3 armchairs, a coffee table, and TV, for a night of chitchat, movies, and card games. The kitchen features a Wolf stove, SubZero fridge, and an open layout for flowing conversation during meal prep.
