Beautiful property! Super easy beach access even with 2, 13 month olds, 2 and 3 year olds! Spacious and clean! Cookware wasn’t exactly nonstick and that is my only possible complaint! I would definitely book again and again!

This house was clean and available at 4pm as stated . Traveling 6 hours makes judging arrival difficult so we were locked out until 4. It’s inconvenient for us and the house was ready early because the rental company emailed us to see if we’d be interested in paying extra to arrive early . Check out is 9 am which might be difficult for some folks. Be aware that it’s a long distance requiring crossing a busy road to get to the beach . A couple minor repair issues that need addressing are the dishwasher and washing machine. I’m not sure we would consider a repeat stay.

We completely understand that after a six-hour drive, waiting until check-in can feel like forever. While we occasionally offer paid early check-in when our schedule allows, we can only guarantee access beginning at 4:00 PM so our housekeeping and inspection teams have the time they need to prepare every home to our standards. We know our 9:00 AM check-out isn't everyone's favorite, but it's also what allows us to thoroughly clean and inspect the home for the next guests. Both our check-in and check-out times are provided before booking so there are no surprises. Thank you as well for mentioning the dishwasher and washing machine. We appreciate you bringing those to our attention and will make sure they're taken care of. We only wish we had known during your stay so we could have worked to resolve them while you were there. Such A Beautiful Place 🏝

All Decked Out is such a gorgeous house. The furnishings are all top notch luxury items. Everything you need is in this home. We especially loved the convenience of being next to the pool. It is a little walk to the beach but the gorgeous ocean water makes it all worth it.

Beware! Beach was much further than advertised

The house was awesome. The kitchen was nicely stocked from appliances to cooking utensils. The private beach access was close & was easy to walk, BUT, what wasn’t disclosed, even after I point blank asked, was how far of a walk way down the beach thru the deep sand we had to go to be allowed to sit. This neighborhood is not allowed to be on the private beach that their beach access walkway leads to. And we were not alllowed access to the closer walkway. Walking 1/4 of a mile in deep sand is quite the workout for 60 yr olds. Another warning you need to know is about the bike thieves around the seaside area. The house comes with 6 bikes & we had no trouble until the last day of our trip when the thrives hit. Bring your own bike locks because they only provide 3 for 6 bikes. The police would not help us because we did not own the 2 bikes that were stolen. There are no marking on the provided bike to prove what address they belong so we were out of luck AND out of $900 to pay to them to be replaced. Gulftide Vacations were of no help & very unprofessional when I tried to talk to them. Lesson learned!

We are disappointed that you during your stay our bikes were stolen and unfortunately they still have not turned up. When you rent a property, you do become responsible for the property and its contents, and anything made available for your use. We are sorry that you felt we were unprofessional by holding you accountable for items that were missing, we do make this clear in our rental agreement.
