Amazing week!

We had the best week. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was the perfect size for our family with room to spread out and room to gather! Communication with the owner was seamless and graciously allowed for early checkin after a very early morning flight. Highly recommend!

Great house and location!

This was our first trip to Grayton Beach and we loved it! This house is amazing, with lots of space. It was very well stocked with supplies and there was a gift basket with lots of goodies waiting on us. It's also really close to the beach and has a great pool. The pool is big enough to play in so was a lot of fun. We will definitely be back!

A five star Grayton Beach house

Our stay was wonderful…..beautiful home with alot of space for our large family to spread out….all the beds were comfortable as well…very nice floor plan with nice porches…..tasteful decor with abundant amenities and the most well thought out stocked kitchen we have ever had in any rental! The pingpong table was a fun extra and the pool was just wonderful!! Its just a few minutes to the beach! The owner definitely aimed to please! Every time we texted her with any question or request she immediately responded. We would definitely rent again!

Hidden gem in Grayton Beach!

This property is top notch! Beautiful home, incredible pool, tons of amenitites, location is perfect, and owners are awesome. Ronee was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process from booking to answering questions prior to arrival and during our stay including a welcome basket of wine, coffee, chocolate, and so much more. Our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 young adults between the ages of 18 & 22) enjoyed EVERY aspect of this home: gorgeous kitchen with everything you need, plenty of room to spread out, beautiful views from top deck, 5 minute walk to 2 beach accesses, beach chairs & umbrellas, and relaxing (and playing volleyball) in the pool. We will definitely be back!

We rented this wonderful home for our family summer vacation. We had 3 couples and four kids ages 8 to 18. Honestly, we can’t think of one thing we didn’t like ! The layout was great and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the two living room/ TV areas. The kids loved the ping pong area. There was PLENTY of parking and the pool was delightful. We have rented many summer vacation homes all over Florida but this one was the most well equipped place we have ever stayed. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, paper products and the kitchen had everything you could want, right down to an electric juicer ! We love Grayton Beach and we love this house. We will definitely be back !

Best rental experience!

Best experience we’ve ever had renting a house. The house itself is beautiful, well laid out. Great location with easy walk to the beach and restaurants like Red Bar. The pool is terrific, we spent so much time there. The thing that makes this house REALLY special is Ronee. She’s incredibly thoughtful and efficient. A nice welcome basket including a bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival. Even when there was a problem, Ronee was terrific. A contractor working next door cut a cable and we lost Wifi/TV for a while. Ronee was all over it. Sent the property manager right away, got the WiFi company contacted quickly, and solved the problem. Then she had someone bring us a gift certificate to a local restaurant to apologize for our troubles. Truly exceptional customer service!

The Perfect House

We have been coming to 30A for our summer vacations for 11 years and this was our favorite house yet! It was absolutely perfect. Our two families, 4 adults, and 5 children, all had space to spread out. The kids loved the bonus room, especially the two TVs. All of the TVs are Smart TVs, so you can access your Netflix, Disney+, YouTube TV, and even Peloton, which we used to do our daily yoga! The house has a YouTube TV account. Additionally, the house came stocked with essentials, like toilet paper, cleaning wipes, trash bags, laundry soap etc. The kitchen also had all of the items you could think of, which we used to cook fresh seafood from Goatfeather's every night! The location in Grayton was perfect. The kids rode bikes to the coffee shop and the Grayton General Store every afternoon for treats. It is also just a short bike ride to Watercolor and Seaside. Access to the beach is quick and easy, with just a short walk across the dunes (flat, no stairs). The house and this access point are right next to the state park, which means it was significantly less crowded, than the main beach access in Grayton. No need to rush out at dawn to get a spot. The house provides plenty of new beach chairs, a cart, and an umbrella. Communication with Ronee was seamless. It was great to connect before our trip, ensuring we had everything we needed, as well as check-in throughout in case anything came up. Ronee also let us know as soon as the house was clean and ready for us to start our vacation. We really appreciate the opportunity to spend our beach vacation in Sea La Vie. It provided the perfect spot for us to reconnect after a crazy 2020. We will definitely be back!

Great Property

We loved our stay here. The house was within short range walking distance to the beach. We the pool was great for hot days where we didn’t want to carry all our gear to the beach. The house had basic spices and cooking supplies, laundry detergent pods, cleaning supplies, beach towels, beach gear. Host was very communicative.

Family Vacation

One of our all time favorite vacation rentals! The pool is amazing...and so is the house. Photos really don't do it justice. The kitchen was nicely stocked and easy for several "cooks" to navigate during meal preparations. Lots of drink storage with the extra fridge, and plenty of room at the dining table for our whole family to gather. The bedroom layout worked well for 3 couples with kids (nice bunk room!) and the extra living space at the back of the house was a godsend for early morning cartoon watching. Very easy walk to the beach (and close enough to return during the day for cooler refills). Family is already talking about returning next year!

Lovely quiet beach

Great location in quiet picturesque Grayton Beach. Truly a brief walk to beach entrance. Sand is white sugar and water was crystal blue and perfect with exception of the two days after a storm and a couple of jellyfish encounters. Host goes above and beyond with providing amenities.

Perfect family getaway location

We have been the Grayton Beach area several times in the past and have stayed at different homes. This was the best by far. Ronee is the perfect host and very responsive. The home has everything you need, has plenty of space, has a great pool and is just a great space for a larger family. The walk to the beach is just around the corner. The neighborhood is very quiet. Our family of 7 loved this property. Everything was seamless on check in and check out. Our host Ronee did an excellent job of communicating. Wonderful beach house with everything needed!

We loved the location of the home and all of the attention paid to the little “extras”..(nice beach supplies, everything imaginable supplied in the kitchen, cleanliness etc.). Communication was fast and easy. The pool area was wonderful and our kids loved the screened in ping pong area! Walking to the beach was short and easy. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful sunsets. Easy access to the bike trails and grayton beach state park. The home was the perfect place to meet up with friends and spend a week in the water!

Perfect house and host!

We had the most lovely stay! I can't say enough. The host Ronee was BEYOND helpful and ensured our stay was seamless! Communication A++. The home had what we needed from beach towels to kitchen spices. We cook a lot and she had all the pots, pans, cutting boards etc. The pool was great and used by all! It was also really helpful flying in and there being chairs and a beach tent for us to use. So nice to be able to walk to restaurants, AJ's, Red Bar, the general store etc. Highly recommend Grayton and this home!

For our family, the beach is our happy place. When COVID hit, it was a wake up call to pursue our passion and purchase a home in a great beach town. Life is too short, and we wanted to find a place to relax and make great memories with our family.

Our family of 4 bought the property in 2021 from the amazing previous owners, Kay and Anan. As we quickly learned....in Grayton, the beaches are beautiful...but the people and laid back town make it the perfect vacation spot. We've been up and down the coasts of Florida, and we finally found the town for us. You absolutely need to give Grayton a try!

Our goal is make this house feel like a home away from home for our family and yours. Time is precious and spending it with family and friends in Grayton is the ultimate for us. We are here to make your trip as comfortable and smooth as possible. We want each and every guest to have a great experience in our home and come back every year!
