My family and some friends stayed at this location on our trip to Florida to watch my daughter play college softball for the week! The location was perfect and the house was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

An excellent, family-friendly property; well furnished, in a safe-for-children gated community. Easy access to local shops and major attractions. The Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The Clubhouse has excellent facilities - the splash pool, slides and lazy creek were particularly enjoyable. The only downside was that the house pool felt cold, despite paying extra for pool heating. Overall , a five star experience.

Good experience

The house was exactly as described and very clean. The only issue we had is that there was more than one neighbor that did not follow the quiet time and there was loud music and screaming happening until about 3 am. Not the property managements fault but the neighborhood doesn’t enforce the hours very well. Other than that the house had everything we needed. The pool was great and our kids loved the arcade room. Great vacation.

Hi Nicolette, Thank you so much for your kind words! We're glad to hear that the house met your expectations and that your family enjoyed the pool and arcade room — sounds like wonderful memories were made! We’re truly sorry to hear about the noise from the neighboring homes. We understand how that can impact your experience, and we’ll share this feedback with the resort management to help improve future stays. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime! Best regards, Innovare Homes

We had an amazing time! The house was exactly as described and more. The rooms were beautifully themed, and my kids absolutely loved them — they felt right at home. The entire space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.Upon arrival, the scanner wasn’t working for us to get in, and after a long day of travel, we were pretty tired. But the security team was quick to respond and came to our rescue, escorting us in with no hassle — great service! The community is lovely and quiet, providing a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The clubhouse was an added bonus — it was clean and well-maintained, with plenty to do for all ages. It was a perfect spot for the whole family to unwind and enjoy.A small suggestion: it would be great to have a dish-drying/cleaning cloths and some small glasses for children, but other than that, everything was perfect.Highly recommend this place!
