Reservation is not confirmed until guest signs rental agreement with all guests names added and returns photo ID of main guest.

Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to hold dates. Reservation will be cancelled if rental agreement is not signed within 48 hours of booking.
Policies:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Rental agreement must be signed upon booking - rental agreement establishes all terms and conditions for condo rental
- Photo ID required upon booking
- A Security Deposit in the amount of $200 will be collected by our system prior to your stay
- Party size maximum of 16 (including infants) - this is an insurance, tourist permit, and fire code restriction
- COMMUNITY QUIET HOURS 11pm - 7am (strictly enforced)
- No 3rd party bookings
- No smoking or vaping of any kind
