We take guest feedback seriously, but this review leaves out important context. Following this stay, we documented $10,167.25 in property damage and related repair and replacement costs. Generali paid $3,000 toward the claim, leaving us with substantial out-of-pocket expenses. When we pursued the damage claim, the guest wrote: “Lastly, we will reserve our review of your property until we see how you are going to resolve your ridiculous claim.” The guest subsequently posted this 2/10 review. Her own words explicitly linked her forthcoming review to how we handled the damage claim. We believe that context is essential for anyone evaluating this rating.
