All new furniture, fresh paint and kitchen/ bathroom renovations in 2024. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and a bathroom with newly renovated shower as well as a double vanity. The second bedroom features two queen sized beds and a full brand new bathroom with walk in shower.

The condo is well-equipped with new kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, coffee maker, kitchen supplies and plenty of beach towels. It includes high speed wireless internet with streaming televisions.

The pools and landscaping are beautifully maintained. There are poolside barbecue areas, hot tubs, lounge chairs and umbrellas. A fully stocked gym and tennis/ pickle ball courts are available for your use as well. You have full access to all three pool and hot tub areas around the property. There is even mini-golf.

When it's time for bed, leave the sliding doors open and listen to the sound of the ocean, or close the curtains and enjoy the central air. Either way you'll sleep well.

A 20 minute walk down the beach takes you to locally famous Zippers Bar and Grill. Take your car or a short Uber ride to shopping at unique galleries and boutiques in San Jose del Cabo. Don't miss the popular Thursday night Art Walk. An easy walk from the condo takes you to two huge grocery stores, La Comer and Chedraui Selecto. Coffee at Abreojos Cafe is an easy five minute walk. And on nights you don't feel like cooking, several restaurants including Cynthia Fresh, Lateral and La Osteria are less than ten minutes walk from your patio.

In the winter you'll be able to watch whales and leaping manta rays from the patio. Palmilla beach is a short drive away for swimming. Surfers enjoy the beach near Zippers.
