One of the most popular locations in quaint Redington Shores awaits! Enjoy the warm Gulf breezes and beautiful sunsets from a private balcony with exquisite views of the sugar sand beach and shimmering turquoise water. As part of the Sea Oats community, you’ll also have access to fantastic amenities including a large beachfront pool.

Inside, a spacious and comfortable open floor plan offers plenty of sun-kissed space to spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge. Sweet dreams await in three well-appointed bedrooms - the peaceful primary suite includes fabulous beach views and direct balcony access. Added perks include smart TVs, a private washer and dryer, beach chairs, and beach towels.

Great getaway!

Six of us stayed at the property for a girls’ weekend, after previously living in the area and not seeing each other for 10 years. It was the perfect place to settle in and catch up. It was clean, comfortable and cute, appropriately furnished and, of course, had breathtaking views of the beach. Can’t wait to bring my family in the future!

Great location! Beautiful views!

We had a great stay and would stay again! Had everything we needed and more! The only negative- we received the wrong code for the tennis courts. The onsite office was able to give us the correct code, so no harm done. We enjoyed the condo location, amenities, supplies, beach, restaurants nearby, beach and sunset views, and patio seating. Would’ve to stay again if we are ever in the area.

Great Place to stay!

Would definitely recommend this rental!! Very nicely decorated and clean!! Close to everything!! Sleeps plenty!! Literally as close to the beach that you can get! If I had to choose one thing to improve, it would be for the facility to add a hot tub.

Great Stay!

Sea Oats 307 is a great property. The condo has been refurbished in a smart, modern way. The kitchen is great. The deep and wide balcony was perfect. The beach here is amazing and deep. There is a fabulous sandbar 50 yards out that was tremendous for the family. Fantastic condo, we had 9 people and it was plenty big.

Paradise on the beach!

Wow! What a great time! The condo was amazing. Perfect location and what a view of the beach from the balcony. The only negative was that there were so many restaurants to choose from I think I gained 5 lbs.

Needed a Get Away

Had a very nice time at this property. Updated with a great view. One of the kids brought a friend so we needed an extra bed. This property has 6 beds, perfect for older kids who don’t want to share their bed. Beach was clean and not crowded.
