Great property for a family vacation

I stayed for a week with my mother and 2 sons. The property was clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The location to the beach and pool were a perfect fit since my mother is 83 years old. There are also cute restaurants all over the strip so you don't have to drive far. Resort Rentals was very quick to respond to my questions and requests. It's got a family vibe so would definitely recommend for families of all ages.

Better than the pictures

The unit is perfect for a family. The kitchen is so nice, my wife wants to remodel ours now!!!! Everything is updated and as the title says, better than the pictures show. Highly recommended!!

Awesome Balcony

Beautiful condo, lots of room, and awesome balcony, we spent ALOT of time out there. Condo had everything we needed. I'd suggest a few beach chairs in the maid's closet to use on beach. Otherwise, no complaints, we didn't want to leave!

We loved the condo but were disappointed that there were several large stains on the carpet throughout the condo. Other than that I would recommend!

Great location

Great location everything is close by Beach is beautiful and steps away from the pool area. Condo really needs a deep clean like tables and headboards and dressers need to be wiped and cleaned also a few too many "PALMETTO BUGS". For my liking . Did rewash dishes and silverware along with the trays they are in as well as glasses and pans before using .

Classic Florida Beach Family Vacation

Clean, easy access to the pool and beach. Beautiful Kitchen and equipped with everything we needed. perfect sunset viewing and dolphin watching. There was an umbrella and chairs that we used and were very thankful to have them. We had a few minor issues with bed squeaking and the coin dryer but was handled quickly. If you want a relaxing, quite beach/poolside easy access this is your place. Highly recommend this for families. only wish we had was washer dryer in the unit. Spent more money on laundry and had to find quarters.

Beautiful but spoilt by a few things.

Great location ..views beautiful ..however condo a bit dated and carpets & furntiture could do with replacing. The pool and beach area had a very strong smell of Weed… constantly . Sometimes we couldn’t open the patio dooor because Of it. Such a shame.

Beautiful location

The location was absolutely perfect for us with 4 adults, a 2.5yo, and a 2m old. The beach is gorgeous and the pool was really nice as well. It’s a nice, quiet area (at least it was when we went). The condo was a little outdated but we didn’t mind one bit. We didn’t use the dishwasher because we had read reviews of it not working really well. The bathroom with a tub also needed a little fix with the shower but we never used it as a shower so that wasn’t a bother. There is no washer/dryer IN the condo but there are washers/dryers on every even floor in the building. Just bring some quarters if you’re going to use them. The next door neighbors who stay there most months are also lovely. We really enjoyed our time here.

Renovation needed

The condo needs renovation. The great room, dining area and master carpet is full of stains and looks dirty. The furniture is dated. The kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts have areas where the finish is worn off from use. The kitchen counter tops are worn and need replacement. There is a constant wind whistling noise around the main door and should be repaired. The views from the balcony are great and I give them a 5.0 The condition of the condo I would give a 3.5.

Outdated and in need of TLC

Had to have carpets cleaned and one faucet replaced while staying here. Refrigerator was to have been replaced but was not. A bit outdated - furniture tattered and we covered the dining room chairs with the placements because they were so dirty and stained. The balcony furniture was cracked and we were scared to sit in them for we might fall through them. Would not recommend staying here unless there were some significant changes made.

Our inventory ranges from St Pete Beach and goes North to the Indian Rocks area, if this condo was not a good fit I'm sure we have another that is. Christmas Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year over Christmas holidays. We love the unit, area and amenities for our extended family. The pool is wonderful and the beach and view are terrific—great sunsets! Just a few items need attention to make it perfect! It would be great to get the keys closer to the unit rather driving so far out of the way. Other issues needing attention were the drain in master bedroom bathroom did not drain and faucet barely produced water. Also, unit next door sharing a bedroom wall had alarm clock going off for several hours at midnight, keeping our kids awake. This was eventually resolved but elderly owner needs to be made aware. There needs to be recycling bins in the unit. There also needs to be more than one luggage cart available during holiday rentals. More guest parking would be nice.

Location with a View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are very familiar with this area; we have been staying here for over 8 years. This rental is centrally located, and the view of the beach cannot be beat. The pool was very well maintained along with pool accessories. We did not need to speak to the owner or rental company during our stay, but I will say the unit itself could use a very thorough deep cleaning. The unit has carpeting in the living areas and is very dirty and stained. There is a musty smell that just does not go away, our clothes and towels just would not dry when hung, makes me believe there is a moisture issue. The shower pressure comes out like a fire hose, just be aware, and in the jack and jill bathroom the shower curtain when in use will attack you and stick to you lolBack to cleanliness in one of the bedrooms there was a booger on the wall, right next to the bed above the nightstand, it could be seen by a cleaner! I booked through AirB&B so pay a large cleaning fee, I would expect to see better than what cleaning was here.

Pros and Cons

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has its pros and cons. The location is great, beach and pool were beautiful, it was never crowded and the views from the balcony were amazing! That being said, the condo itself is in serious need of updating. The furniture was quite worn, there were stains on the carpeting, furniture, and on some of the quilts on the beds. The kitchen is dated but workable. Shades in one of the bedrooms aren't working correctly so you have an outside light shining in your face all night from the hallway. Double bed in non-master room was not comfortable and squeaked every time you moved. There was NO information in the condo about things to do in the area, no notes about how to work the TV, no reminders of what needed to be done before leaving. Also, there were just enough towels for my family and NO beach towels. Overall it worked out ok for my family, but you should know what you are getting when you reserve.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy the location right on the beach a lot of good local restaurants in the area. As far as the condition of the rental it needs work. The carpet had so many stains my husband bought carpet cleaner and used the whole can. I would not want any children crawling around on the floor. We wore shoes all the time. The furniture was dirty and fabric was torn. I was disappointed with the condition of the condo. We had no water one morning and the emergency number we had no one answered thank goodness we were not the only condo without water as the whole building was without water so someone got a hold of the person who did get it fixed. We had to buy garbage bags as they only supplied two for a whole week and we also had to buy toilet paper. I would think that most places would at least have those two things. We will not be renting this particular place again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay at Emerald Isle #502 was good. The location was perfect. The beach was clean, pool area was beautiful and well maintained, and common areas were clean. Bathrooms were nicely updated! However, our individual unit became known as the iffy unit. Light sockets... Iffy. Lamps... Iffy. Water pressure... Iffy. Carpet... Very iffy! Upholsterd chair... Iffy. Kitchen cabinets and countertops... Iffy! The wind coming through the front door was horrible! Howling through the night was so annoying. The management company tried to fix this issue, but was unsuccessful. A general updating would go far for the enjoyment of the occupants paying for a wonderful experience at Redington Beach.

Great location, ok condo unit

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall condo was just OK. Thought the cleanliness was not very good. Crumbs still on counters. Floors were sticky in kitchen. Had an ant problem on day one and throughout despite spraying raid. Mildew in showers, and shower in hall bath didn't drain well. Had some lights that were out. TV in 3rd bedroom was useless, no channels. But the best part was location and the beach. Recommend updating kitchen and improve cleaning.
