Our Duplex home on the Sand consists of 2 separate upper and lower units and has a total of 8 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms. This home is perfect for multiple families with sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests! This property has NO boardwalk in front and is located as close as you can get to the beach with no boardwalk in front and direct access to the sand. Our home provides garage parking for 2, Smart TV's, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer & Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, and Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, etc.

HOME LOCATION
For those of you looking to enjoy a Beachfront Vacation, you have found the right place. Located on 40th St, directly on the sand with volleyball courts right out front and the beach boardwalk entrance just a few blocks away, you are never far from all the action Newport Beach has to provide. From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-Board lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
