Willkommen in der grĆ¶ĆŸten Ferienwohnung am Meer in Newport Beach fĆ¼r Wochen- und Nachtvermietung! Dieser einzigartige 3500 QuadratfuƟ Herrenhaus wurde 1931 erbaut und vor weniger als 5 Jahren komplett umgebaut. Dies ist ein one of a kind Meer Eigentum der Balboa Pier liegt ƶstlich! Es gibt 6 Schlafzimmer, 6 Badezimmer in den 3-stƶckigen HauptgebƤuden. Das 7. Schlafzimmer ist eine Casita, die sich links vom Garagenplatz befindet. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Die zweite Geschichte hat 3 Badezimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer. Es gibt auch 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem kleinen angeschlossenen Zimmer mit Bad, das fĆ¼r Kinderbetten oder Stifte genutzt werden kann. Die dritte Geschichte ist ein KrƤhennest-Schlafzimmer mit einem 360-Grad-Blick auf den Hafen, den Pier und das Meer!

Das gerƤumige Schlafzimmer verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber ein Kingsize-Bett mit auƟergewƶhnlichen Blick auf das Meer, Marmorbad, gerƤumigen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, Flachbild-TV, Sitzecke mit einem Sofa und eine kleine KĆ¼chenzeile (nicht funktional) ideal fĆ¼r die Zubereitung von Kaffee. Ein groƟer Raum im Erdgeschoss grenzt an die Sonne, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Das Sonnenzimmer blickt auf den Ozean, wo Sie sitzen und den Blick auf den Strand, Catalina Island und die wunderschƶnen SonnenuntergƤnge genieƟen kƶnnen. Das Esszimmer hat einen Tisch fĆ¼r 8 Personen mit einem zusƤtzlichen Klapptisch und StĆ¼hlen fĆ¼r 6 Personen im Flur Schrank fĆ¼r grĆ¶ĆŸere Gruppen. Die KĆ¼che ist mit Edelstahl Viking GerƤte, Granit, European 2 Schublade GeschirrspĆ¼ler, eine Doppelwaschtisch, eine groƟe begehbare Speisekammer und viel AblageflƤche fĆ¼r die Zubereitung von Speisen. Die Terrasse direkt am Meer hat eine Reihe von LiegestĆ¼hlen und eine Ć¼berdachte Cabana mit einem L-fƶrmigen Sofa, ideal fĆ¼r hƤngen mit Familie und geben Schatten an einem sonnigen Tag. Es gibt einen extra groƟen Innenhof auf der RĆ¼ckseite des Hauses (25x28 oder 700 qm) mit Picknicktischen, Sonnenschirmen, einem Gasgrill und einer AuƟendusche. Es gibt eine WaschkĆ¼che fĆ¼r GƤste, die sich im Innenhof befindet, direkt auf der rechten Seite der Garage.

Location is amazing and size of the home incredible. Tons of space to spread out, plenty of parking and great bedroom layouts. The home is a bit dated and could definitely use some new cushions on the patio and a few upgrades, but overall great stay! Management company was extremely helpful, responsive, and amazing to work with.

There were so many good things about our stay. There were a few issues.Upstairs 3rd floor drywall was a disaster and bugs were in this room. Our child was bit during her sleep and the bugs were in and around the bed where the drywall was exposed also opening in the wall with paint chipping and plaster. Has this been tested for asbestos? We need this confirmed. Plumbing backed up continually. Flys everywhere on the patios and then in the house. Outdoor fire pit not working. No air in the Casita. I have pics of the bites and bugs and drywall.

Very happy with the accommodations. Right on the beach, easy To locate, off street parking, nice house with bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 6-8 couples. Walking distance to the pier, shopping, eateries, bars. Definitely worth a look for your next vacation stay at the beach.

Great location as the backyard has direct access to the beach. However, this place had an extremely strong odor when we first walked in. The light in one of the bathrooms did not work. One of the bed frames was broken on the third floor and one of our kids almost fell. Overall it is a very worn down place that needs renovation. When you check out, they ask you to remove some of the items on the beds and towels and leave them on the floor by the doors, which I donā€™t understand why because we had to pay all these fees. If you have a big family and you stay on the first floor, youā€™ll hear all the footsteps which makes it hard to sleep if youā€™re a light sleeper.

Family Friendly Beach House

The beach house is situated right across from the sand and within a short walk to the Balboa pier shopping area. There is a play area close by too for smaller children. Our group consisted of 20 family members ranging in ages from 4 months to 74 and we all had comfortable accommodations., and a nice plus was that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, though small. The garage has barely six feet of clearance, so just small cars can fit . All in all, I would stay there again, itā€™s a lovely rental and well maintained.
