This complex is conveniently located in North Kihei near many popular beaches, shops, restaurants, and groceries! On-site there is a heated swimming pool for your comfort as well as gas barbecue grills and a nice grassy area fronting the beach to enjoy picnics or let the kids play. There is a walkable beach directly in front of the complex where you might find a kite surfer riding the waves. Nearby you will find many exciting activities such as great snorkeling, surfing, paddleboarding, swimming, beach-combing, kayaking, scuba-diving, snorkel boat tours, fishing excursions, and whale watching expeditions.
Koa Lagoon #105 features all the comforts of your home, including free cable & Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, cold air conditioning in each room, free parking, a washer/dryer in the unit, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for you to prepare wonderful meals. You will find a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa with memory foam queen size sofa bed in the living room. This smaller, boutique complex features only 42 units, giving you an added feeling of privacy and tranquility. The breathtaking sunsets are just steps away from the unit. Plus, you can walk over to the baby beach at Kalepolepo Beach Park, where you can often view sea turtles coming into the shore for their nightly rest.
There is no smoking anywhere on the Koa Lagoon premises; also no pets.
Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 24 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
