Welcome to your home away from home, Koa Lagoon #402, where you will find everything you need to enjoy your perfect Maui getaway! Upon entering the unit, you are met with stunning ocean views that expand for miles and include gorgeous sites of nearby islands, colorful sunsets, beautiful mountain ranges, and whale-watching when in season. This complex is conveniently located in North Kihei near many popular beaches, shops, restaurants, and groceries! On-site there is a heated swimming pool for your comfort as well as gas barbeque grills and a nice grassy area fronting the beach to enjoy picnics or let the kids play. There is a walkable beach directly in front of the complex where you might find a sea turtle basking in the sunshine or a kite surfer riding the waves. Nearby you will find many exciting activities such as great snorkeling, surfing, paddle-boarding, swimming, beach-combing, kayaking, scuba-diving, snorkel boat tours, fishing excursions, and whale watching expeditions.

Koa Lagoon 402 has been recently remodeled with a fresh new look and features all of the comforts of your home, including free cable & WIFI, TV in the living room and bedroom, cold air conditioning in each room, free parking, a washer/dryer in the unit, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for you to prepare wonderful meals. Also included are plenty of fresh linens & bath towels, beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler! This smaller, boutique complex features only 42 units, giving you an added feeling of privacy and tranquility.

We love this whole building! The units are spacious, and every one comes with a great ocean-front view. We like to come in the winter to enjoy whale watching and fabulous sunsets from the lanai. This unit in particular is very well maintained and attractively decorated. We especially liked the lanai furniture, and all of the provided beach gear: 4 chairs, 2 coolers, towels, and a beach umbrella.

OK, this condo was fine. if you are looking for a totally updated modern condo, this isn't it. BUT - it was totally functional - WASHER AND DRYER - PLUS - AWESOME VIEW. BUT - on the day of arrival - the instructions given you for entry to the condo were totally inadequate - they gave you a code but didn't tell you you had to hit a button before that and twist a lock a certain way. When called, the on call property management person could not have been more rude. "do you really want me to come there and let you in" - ( NO - how about you just tell me about you should hit the button at the top, enter the code, and then twist the lock to the right at the beginning, before the arrival.)Now - I was there during a "kona Low" - which is a horrible rainstorm. It rained EVERY DAY during my visit. For the weekend, there was horrible flooding - we had no power from Friday pm until Sunday pm - the parking lot was impassible because of deep mud - (many cars were flooded - coated in mud in the interior!!) NONE of this was the fault of the condo. BUT - NO ONE from the condo managment company bothered to contact us during this storm - to check on us during 48 hours of no power, or the subsequent 72 hours of inability to leave the parking lot because of flood and mud. But they totally reminded us we needed to be out on the day of our departure by 10am. Never mind our flooded car.We got out though. Maui is awesome will come back will not stay with this prop mgmt compy though

Safety is always a priority, and we understand the challenges that came with the storm. Regarding your arrival, our on-call team member was attempting to walk you through the entry process. However, due to the nature of the call, it was difficult to provide assistance effectively, the guest is talking over the instructor. We also followed up the next day, at which time you confirmed that everything was Fine. Excellent View

Overall, the condo was great and it has an excellent view. A few aspects of it seem dated, but that seems normal for the area in Maui. We would definitely stay there again.

As for the location we do feel this is a misleading review, as the condo is a 3 minute walk from Monsoon India Restaurant/Bar, a 3 minute drive/10 minute walk from The Beach Club Restaurant, a 3 minute drive/12 minute walk from Isana Sushi restaurant, and a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk from many shops and restaurants just down the street on S. Kihei Rd. Mahalo and we'd love to host you again!

Amazing spot!!!

This condo is absolutely perfect for a couple’s getaway to Maui! It has the best views of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Direct access to walk the beach and conveniently located to lots of popular restaurants. I am so glad we chose to stay here- definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The property looked just like the pictures. The VIEWS were amazing! The bed was cozy and the place had everything we needed including great chairs and umbrella for sitting on the beach. We highly recommend this spot!

Great stay

We enjoy the place and view. It was nice to open the sliders, turn off the AC and let the wind from the ocean flow in. The sounds of the waves set a very enjoyable, relaxing time. Would do again!
