Resort Policies

Amenity Fee: $15 + tax per guest (age 5 and up), paid to the HOA. Includes 2 parking passes and wristbands for amenity access. A registration link will be emailed and must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival. Guests not pre-registered may be denied access to amenities and parking.

Maximum Occupancy:
Strictly enforced per Florida Fire Code based on unit square footage. Over-occupancy may result in denied check-in with no refund.

Age Requirement:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Guest Entry:
Electronic lock with unique code provided before arrival. Code is reset after each stay.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony. A designated smoking area is located in the parking lot.
