Please note... that the booking guest must sign a rental agreement upon booking. This is just to go over that by booking our property, you acknowledge responsibility for your personal safety and that of your group, particularly when using amenities like the hot tub, fire pit and outdoor games. In addition, you must submit a $300 off platform security hold that will be placed 3 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure. This is only for incidentals and is released immediately after the property is cleaned by our Property Manager. Typically same day as check out.
