Very Comfortable

Comfortable beds, nice location. Very thoughtful with the games for game room, left us some coffees, good amount of towels and even left some toiletries in bathroom. We had a few things that were not up to par but the management was very helpful so hopefully the fix those issues. Overall nice stay.

Perfect accommodations for two families! Lots of great amenities and beautiful home. The only “negative” was the kitchen not being well stocked with cooking/baking essentials and having to communicate with two different companies (evolve and local management) regarding our reservation.

Very nice updated home. Would be especially great for school age kids as the lower level is full of activities. The kitchen was well stocked and even provided a basket full of snacks! Check in was simple. The only reason we would not stay again is that the fees added to the base rate made it very expensive. Was a nice splurge though!

We had a fantastic stay! The hot tub and stunning views made for a relaxing and memorable experience. The space was incredibly clean and had the perfect layout to comfortably fit everyone in our group. The game room was a big hit, and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras—like the charcoal, high chair, and playpen. The kitchen was also fully stocked with all the utensils and essentials we needed to cook meals, which made things so convenient. Everything was so well-equipped, making it easy to settle in and enjoy. We’d absolutely love to come back again in the future!

The property was spacious and met our needs. We enjoyed the ping-pong table and the hot tub as well as some of the games. The kitchen was adequate, but I have been to properties with better stocked appliances, but luckily, I brought my own pots and pans. There was no toaster so the owner agreed to reimburse me. The property itself was large and in a somewhat secluded/ private location. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful property. Very quiet and private. Plenty of room and various activities in the game area. Would definitely stay again. Handicapped accessibility was decent although difficult to get a walker into the toilet room. A few cleanliness issues: garbage cans had other guests’ trash, limiting availability for us to throw things away. The hot tub was green, cloudy and smelly. We notified management the first night but the pool maintenance man didn’t show up until around 0700 the day of check out so we didn’t get to use the hot tub. Several what appeared to be pet stains on the carpet but it did not smell like pets in the home. Fridge had food debris left behind. Urine on the toilet seat in the master bath. Overall though, none of these were enough to take away from the beauty and comfort of this home!

Loved the location of the house and it’s spaciousness. It is a beautiful home! Had a few issues upon arrival. Couple were resolved. Still couple not resolved after departure. Kitchen was poorly equipped( sorry) They need larger pots and pans, kid friendly dishes, more kitchen cooking utensils ( whisk, ice cream scoop, wooden spoons, mixer?) mixing bowls, dish cloths, and storage containers for leftovers. When I reported our issues , the lady was very accommodating and got help asap. She was very very nice. One of the bedrooms needs a table and a lamp, need storage for ur clothes in the master bedroom and other bedroom. We had a very nice time. Enjoyed the house & the location (privacy). Kids loved the pool and the hot tub was certainly enjoyable to all. Loved the basement and game room. Also being able to park in the garage. We will certainly be renting this house again. Great family time! Our first time to Michigan! Thanx so much!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Good open space. Adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for our larger family group. The pool was extremely fun for the kids. We did have a few cleanliness issues. We were greeted by a large pile of trash in the garage, a green cloudy hot tub, stains on the carpet and furniture, as well as dirty sheets. The owner was very difficult to contact. Questions prior to the trip took weeks to answer. The trash and hot tub were resolved by the next day but that too took several calls after we were unable to contact the owner. After our stay we asked to get the cleaning fee refunded, since it was not cleaned very well, but were told that since we didn't give the owner 24 hours to resolve it there was nothing they could do. We also found the kitchen to be lacking in a lot of general prep items. We had to purchase a cutting board and corkscrew and there was only one big mixing bowl. Plenty of flatware and plates.
