Casa Julia! Amazing Remodeled New 2 bed 2 bath. Marbella del caribe. Isla Verde
10% cheaper in VRBO than other platforms as we are starting here but in the other platform we have 4.95 stars in review. Casa Julia is a newly renovated apartment with stunning views from every room! Just a 5-minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from Old San Juan, it offers convenience and comfort. The apartment includes a washer and dryer, three smart 4K TVs, hurricane-proof windows and balcony doors, free parking, and blackout curtains for restful sleep.
The Space:
We bought our first property, Casa Dani, at Marbella del Caribe in 2020 and renovated it to be our home in Puerto Rico. Our love for hosting led us to purchase Casa Julia in June 2022, which has just been fully remodeled with the same care and attention. Everything, from the windows to the smallest details, has been thoughtfully updated based on what our guests appreciate most.
Casa Julia has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious, featuring a modern king-sized bed, bedside tables, a desk, a chair, and a mirror. The second bedroom, cozier in size, includes a queen bed instead of a trundle to better suit guests who prefer a larger bed. This choice did limit space for a traditional dresser, but we provided storage under the bed and an available closet (2 out of 3 sections are reserved for private use).
There are two bathrooms: a master ensuite and another accessible from the hallway. Both are designed to maximize space and style, with a modern look we\u2019re proud of.
The kitchen is fully remodeled with high-quality, new appliances. We included a ventless washer and dryer for your convenience, though they may take longer than traditional dryers, they are a helpful amenity in this type of building.
The living room features a sofa bed for additional sleeping options and a smart TV with local and national channels. We also provided games for younger guests on the TV stand.
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the beach. While not exclusive, this area is challenging to reach from the street, so typically only residents and guests use it.
Building amenities include a large pool, a children's pool, a basketball court, and a tennis court, which is scheduled for renovation by the end of the year.
We offer beach chairs and an umbrella but recommend renting an umbrella from local vendors, who can secure them properly for windy days.
