Casa Natalia is a newly built home located on the marina side in a private gated exclusive community Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas . With 24 hour security just 35 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport in San Jose del Cabo and 10 minute walk from the excitement of downtown Cabo San Lucas and marina. Casa Natalia is close walk to downtown Cabo and all of its activities, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility during your stay.
The space
Fully stocked kitchen offers marble counters and stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, any tools and gadgets that could possibly be needed for cooking. Or... bring in a local chef to do the cooking for you! The dining table seats 10-12 people and also can enjoy the terrace to enjoy meals. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed, closet, full bathroom ensuite. Step out from this bedroom to enjoy the terrace area. Second and third bedroom each have queen beds and share a full bathroom. Fourth bedroom has its own private bathroom attached. Enjoy the tranquility of the fountain and lazy river from the ground floor. The living area has a large Smart television (with international channels). Pocket doors allow an open space between kitchen, living area and outdoor terrace. In the evenings, relax in the oversized hot tub and by the fireplace. The upstairs terrace has an ocean view, BBQ, outdoor bar and outdoor couches.
