The area is quiet, peaceful, relaxing and beautiful, yet so close to all the wonders of Scottsdale, including the historic Old Town. Within a short drive you’ll find countless golf courses and hiking trails, dining options ranging from casual to special occasion, as well as other local attractions. Nearby Phoenix offers even more options for your vacation getaway.



Getting Around:

• Onsite parking is available for rental cars

• Taxi and rideshare services available

• The LVP Team can assist with rental cars and shuttle services as requested

•. At check-in, a $250 hold will be placed on your credit card. This is not a charge, but a temporary authorization to cover any incidental expenses you may incur during your stay (such as food, beverage, or other clubhouse services).



How it works:

• The hold is placed when your card is presented at check-in.

• If there are no incidental charges, the hold will be released within 24–48 hours after checkout.

• Once released, the funds will reappear in your account depending on your bank’s processing time—it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days.

• If any charges were made, only the amount used will be charged, and the remaining balance (if any) from the hold will be released.



This is a standard practice to ensure a smooth check-in process and quick access to clubhouse amenities. Thank you for your understanding.



Please be aware that each year from mid-September through October, golf courses in the Scottsdale area undergo annual overseeding in preparation for the upcoming golf season. After that, all golf courses are cart path only for about a month after reopening. Please check directly with golf courses for exact dates of cart path restrictions during the overseeding period.
