Sonoran Serenity is ideally situated in Scottsdale and is close to Cave Creek.

This home features high ceilings and beautifully crafted exposed wood beams that mark your entrance to the living room, kitchen, and dining. Don't miss out on the mountain views from almost every room. The open floor plan of the living space will make for easy conversations and flow between rooms for entertainment and meals. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. There is a Peloton located in the master bedroom. You will need to log into your own account for any classes. There are two bedrooms on the opposite side of the home that share a full bathroom with a combo bathtub and shower. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, along with a desk and a computer screen that is available for use. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a half bathroom located in the hallway.

For the ultimate relaxation space, the resort-style backyard has a heated infinity pool, private spa, built-in BBQ & outdoor fireplace are all perfect for taking in the fabulous views. Dine outside or soak up the views.

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, Sonoran Serenity offers easy access to hiking, golfing (memberships may be required), local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Nestled amongst the natural desert terrain, you may encounter wildlife.

House Rules
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
Pool heat is an additional $150 p/day + tax. SPA heat is included; Please keep in mind the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. The pool can take up to 48hrs to heat to the desired temperature, please request this in advance. The actual pool temperature can vary based on weather & ambient temperatures. Maximum temperature for pool heat is 88 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pack & Plays, highchairs, and air mattresses are available upon request for $40 each.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax
No pets allowed.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm -9 am
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
Door code will not work prior to check-in time of 4pm. Please contact our team if you are interested in an early check-in to ensure early access is granted.
If checking in after sunset, please note that the surrounding area is dark (very few streetlights) and the property is purposely lit dimly outside. This is in order to comply with Scottsdale's “Dark Sky” ordinance.
You will be required to sign a separate agreement with the property management company.

Garage is not available for guest use. We apologize!
For safety and security purposes, we do have a nest camera above the garage, and a Wasserstein at the front door.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
