It was not something we anticipated, and we understand how important a heated pool is, especially when you were looking forward to enjoying it right after arriving from the cold in Chicago. As you mentioned, we did everything we could as quickly as possible, and the heater has now been fully replaced with a new one. We’re very glad you were able to enjoy several swims afterward! We also really appreciate your patience during the process. In fact, our previous guests even mentioned in their review how comfortable the pool was for their visit, which means a lot to us.
