Welcome to our professionally remodeled waterfront home overlooking peaceful Snook Bay on the beautiful Isles of Capri!

Featuring a 22ft solar heated pool with poolside grilling, dining and relaxing seating areas, plus a 130ft dock reaching out into the bay. The outside space alone is pure Capri Paradise!

Inside the home the fresh new color scheme is complemented by a host of new fixtures and fittings. We had the house completely remodeled including all new kitchen appliances plus new lounge and dining furniture. Brand new beds and furniture in all three bedrooms and two completely remodeled bathrooms.

There are two bikes for exploring the island.

If you haven't already discovered them, Capri boasts some great waterfront restaurants and bars and they're all less than a mile away!

Rent a boat from Mike at Capri Marina, cruise around the fantastic coastline and head out to Keewaydin Island, a spectacular destination for beach lovers and wildlife enthusiasts.

We love our new home and can't wait to return for our next vacation. In the meantime we are very pleased to be able to share the experience with our guests.

Beautiful location. We saw dolphins right off the deck multiple times. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We loved it! Host was very attentive and welcoming.

Very nice place in a great location. Close to everything but out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Marco Island. Perfect balance of peaceful and accessibility to all the fun and activities. Boat rental at Isle Capri Marina was a highlight of our trip. We rented it for 2 half days during our 8 day stay.

Beautiful location

The Perfect Place To Stay!

This was our second time staying in this house and once again, it was the perfect place for our family. The kids enjoy countless hours fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. The house is super clean and provides everything you would possibly need during your stay. We enjoy sitting outside on the porch having coffee every morning before heading out on the boat to the nearby spots. It's quick and easy access for those who love to fish. The owners are quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning again for another stay!

Beautiful place to stay!!!

My family and I can't say enough wonderful things about this house! We usually stay in Marco and this is the first time we stayed in the Isles of Capri! We loved this beautiful location and the house was the perfect fit for our family! We enjoyed the water views while sitting in the outdoor area. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and swimming in the pool. We kept our boat in the water and it was quick and easy to get out to explore the nearby Islands. The owner and property manager were so pleasant to work with and promptly answered any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We look forward to coming back again!

Week on isle of Capri

We have been staying in Marco for the last 10+ years, and decided to try the Isle of Capri this year for a change. We are a fishing family, and this location was perfect for us. Large snook, snapper and tarpon right off the dock! The house itself is absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully decorated, more than spacious for a family of 4, and had everything needed to prepare nice dinners at home. The only complaint I have is about the weather, as it rained 4 1/2 days out of the 7 we were there with the tropical depression bringing 10+ inches of rain! However, it was a beautiful place to be “stuck inside.”

One word ... BLISS!

We spent one whole week in early July 2024 and it was wonderful; wish we could have stayed an additional week. Everything was as described. Paul and Susan were quick to reply to all our inquiries which we really appreciated. We saved a ton of money by cooking most meals at home. We have never stayed anywhere where the kitchen was so well equipped for home cooked meals; thank you for this! The number and type of beds were perfect for our needs and were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and looked recently renovated. The enclosed pool was perfect, it was partly shaded throughout the day so it was nice to have this reprieve from the scorching July sun and also the screen enclosure kept us protected from the mosquitoes and no-see-ums which are merciless. Being able to tie up our 26' boat to the dock was also ideal for us. I can't say enough about the house and hosts and hope we can come back again in the near future.
