Beautiful new home with many amenities and spaces to enjoy your time in Naples! This ultra-spacious 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths features big fixed glass windows with gorgeous views to a tropical pool areal. The house has been beautifully landscaped.

The house is located withing walking distance of many of Naples main attractions. Spend your day at the beautiful and unique Naples Zoo located 5 minutes away walking distance, Or take a bike ride along the gorgeous trails behind the Southwest Conservancy also 5 minutes walking distance. Go shopping to Coastland Center less than 1 mile away or spend your day at the beautiful Lowdermilk Beach located 1.5 miles away from this beautiful home.

The very spacious living room with a large HD smart TV to enjoy a movie night or watch your favorite sports. The poolside you will enjoy grilling, casual dining, sunbathing, swimming or reading under our mango tree. The kitchen is spacious with every utensil you need to make a great meal.

The luxury main suite has a comfy king bed with great views to the backyard and the pool. All the guest rooms have a queen size bed for you to have a great night of sleep. You will not be disappointed,

Wonderful Host, Beautiful Home

We had an amazing experience during our visit! The home was very clean with a wonderful open feel and great amenities. The backyard offered so many possibilities for entertainment, we very much enjoyed the pool and games at the outdoor table. The host was very accessible and easy to communicate with. It was a wonderful house, very clean, and as represented

It was a very nice property, we are seniors and our son and his family was with us. One thing I think was needed was a handrail in the front, the back, and to get in and out of the pool. It was very difficult for my husband the get in and out without a railing, but all else was great!

Beautiful Modern Beach Home

We fell in love with this wonderfully designed modern home online and it did not disappoint in person. Lovely property, 10 minute bike ride to Lowdermilk Beach or we just relaxed by the refreshing pool. We would love to stay here again, we visit Naples once or twice a year. Great Home!

This property was superb! Clean, bright, authentic listing. Location was great & pool was amazing. House is very large and accommodating. Get anywhere in 5min. Home was also very quiet and kids bedrooms are separate from the primary suite. We will stay her again! Little things like soap, towels, some beach toys, chairs were great to have.

Wonderful house

Close to everything, this perfect new house met all our needs. The pool and back yard are stunning, and the house is well equipped. Although it’s just off a major street and across from the post office, once we moved in we realized how convenient it is. A short walk to the zoo and Gordon River Greenway, 5 minutes drive to the beach or Fifth Avenue, there is even a wonderful park across the street. We will return.

Didn’t want to leave

We stayed here with our 5 boys. The house is gorgeous, spacious and equipped with the most up-to-date appliances. The pool area is fantastic. My kids loved it! This house makes you feel like you are at a resort. Also, it's close to a beautiful beach and downtown area with fantastic restaurants. It’s located in a very safe neighborhood just next door to the Conservancy and Zoo. Communication with owner was great. Some lights blew off outside after a storm and they sent someone to clean up the broken glass right away. We are definitely looking forward to staying here upon our return!

Great house

House is as it appears and there’s plenty of space for 8 people although there was just the 2 of us and our dog. Garden is fenced so no worries about our dog escaping. Enjoyed our stay. A few minor things and I do mean minor, the sun loungers are not the most comfortable and opposite the house is a post office station with lots of postal vans but we did not hear their comings and goings so caused no problems. Would stay here again. Thanks

Beautifully redone home, with great amenities! Location was close to downtown and beach but not a real neighborhood. Yard and pool were great, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. Only suggestions would be TVs in each room.
