Great house

I recently stayed at this home during a Disney vacation. I would highly recommend this home and plan to stay there again. Very clean, easy drive to the Disney parks and close proximity to shopping/dining. The rental company was amazing.

Master Vacation Homes

Starting with the positive. The communication I had with the individuals at Master was very responsive. The cleaning crew did a good job with what they had to work with. The negative. The house needs a serious deep cleaning, the carpets and rugs throughout the home are stained and quite disgusting. The trim around the base board also needs to be cleaned, food and other unidentified stains made it feel dirty. Maybe they advertised this and I missed it but the pool was not heated and it made it pretty much unusable and they charge an additional $75 to use the grill. I have never stayed at a place that has not had the pool heated and included the grill. Would not recommend unless they made some changes.

During the inspection pre-check-in, there was no issue found with the unit. We understand how important it is to have all aspects of the home in perfect condition and we strive by always doing our best and delivering spectacular homes. Communication is our top priority and that is reflected in the team that we have. The staff is always supportive and eager to help. The team is never rude and will never leave a call unanswered. We suggest taking more time to read that information. The listing description provides extensive information about the usage of extra services such as the BBQ grill and pool heater which are an add-on. We also mentioned the minimum amount of 2 nights to add that to your stay. This is because the pool heater takes 24 hours to warm up. We truly hope that this has served to enlighten you regarding your review. Even though this was a negative review, we are ready to host you again and make sure to be with you every step of the way.

Nice place, could have been cleaned better.

Everything went extremely well from renting the place to easy check-in. We enjoyed tge area, and woul probably stay again, however it could be a little cleaner. Base boards, floors, showers, don't seem as clean as they should have been. There was also no broom or mop if you needed to clean up any spills or needed to sweep. These things would help immensely. Our overall stay was really enjoyed and economical.

Veranda Palms

Overall, this was a nice home in an area close to many attractions and local shops. The check-in process was smooth and ready for us on time. All of the rooms were clean and we enjoyed having the extra space during our stay. We were disappointed with the idea that 2 of the 3 games in the garage/game room were not functioning and the skillet in the kitchen was unusable. It was badly burned and deformed. We did enjoy our stay and would go back.

This was a beautiful closed community which my family really loved. The house was perfectly clean and organize. The only negative would be that there were ants here and there. I would just see them like in any home.

Enjoyed our stay but.....

Enjoyed our stay, very good location and nice house. However, there were a few issues that need mentioning. The property was not cleaned well. Clean sheets in the bedrooms and bathrooms were also clean, but the front of the home had trash in the driveway (not the best first impression). Also, some common areas were not well maintained. In the living room the area rug was extremely dirty, the kitchen rug was also very dirty, and the upstair carpets require more vacuuming and spot cleaning, especially when there is a no shoe policy for the upstairs. Dust on the table in the corridor and the pool required cleaning, lost a whole day waiting to get the pool cleaned. We used a skimmer but required additional cleaning. Since the maintenance people showed up without the equipment they left but never returned. They did show up early the next morning after communicating with the management office. I will say the management company responded as quickly as possible. Another thing to note, verify the gate code is correct, once the security guard leaves you are at the mercy of waiting around to be let in since the gate may not respond when entering the code (super inconvenient). Please note we are not above cleaning ourselves, but hard to do when there is a broom but no dust pan, a water bucket but no mop and a vacuum that had suction but was not functioning. If you are charging a cleaning fee, one would expect the home to be cleaned and all areas ready for use upon arrival. Thank you!
