Stay at our new 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhome and enjoy spectacular views of Engineer Mountain and the convenience of being adjacent to Purgatory ski resort. Perfect for multiple families, the home has 3 separate living spaces (on different floors) each with a TV and seating as well an open Main Living Space and a fantastic deck with a hot tub, dining table and a BBQ Grill. The 4th bedroom on the ground floor serves as the 3rd living space and game room and is perfect for the kids as it features bunk beds, shuffle board, air hockey table, an Arcade Game and couches.

The home also features the expected amenities such as WIFI, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), 2 car garage and a fully stocked kitchen. All the TVs are Smart and cable is also available.

The townhome is part of the resort so you have access to free on-demand shuttle service to Purgatory Ski Resort but since it is across the highway you have the privacy and additional space a townhome affords (it’s part of a duplex). At 8,900 feet of elevation, the home is a gateway to an amazing winter playground and also serves as the perfect summer retreat, with a million acres of national forest land at your doorstep offering all your favorite mountain activities. It’s only a 2 minute walk to Twilight Lake for fishing and paddle boarding and as well as Purgatory Flats Trailhead, one of the most scenic hikes in the San Juan Mountains. Horseback riding, jeep trails, an alpine slide, epic mountain biking and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster are all less than 5 minutes from the townhome.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club.
