Unser 3 Schlafzimmer, 3. 5 Bad 2.500 Quadratmeter Stadtdomizil befindet sich am Fuße des Fegefeuers und bietet Komfort zu jeder Jahreszeit. Es wurde entkernt und im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert und professionell dekoriert.

Die Wohnung bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Needles Range und den Spud Mountain und verfügt über 4 Decks (und Gasgrill), um die Aussicht in alle Richtungen zu genießen. Es ist ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang zu einer leichten Skipiste, die Sie zur Basis bringt.

Die im Angebot enthaltene Resortgebühr von 4% ist die erforderliche Resortgebühr, die erhoben werden muss und keinen Zugang zum Durango Mountain Club ermöglicht. Gegen eine zusätzliche (und optionale) Resortgebühr von 4% haben Sie Zugang zum Durango Mountain Club, der einen beheizten Außenpool mit Rutsche, einen Whirlpool im Freien und einen Fitnessraum umfasst. Bitte geben Sie bei der Buchung an, ob wir die zusätzliche Resortgebühr von 4% erheben sollen

Bleiben Sie bei uns und wir bieten Ermäßigungen für Sommer- (Wildwasser-Rafting, Reiten usw.) und Winteraktivitäten (Ski- / Snowboardverleih, Pferdeschlittenfahrten, Schneemobiltouren usw.).

Stornierungsbedingungen: Eine Zahlung von 300 $ ist zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung erforderlich. Diese Zahlung in Höhe von 300 USD wird auf den Gesamtbetrag angerechnet und ist nur innerhalb von 72 Stunden nach der Buchung erstattbar. Wenn Sie innerhalb von 45 Tagen nach der Buchung anreisen, muss der Gesamtbetrag zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung bezahlt werden. Bei Stornierungen oder Änderungen, die zu einem verkürzten Aufenthalt führen und innerhalb von fünfundvierzig (45) Tagen vor dem Ankunftsdatum erfolgen, verfällt der gesamte Buchungsbetrag, während Stornierungen, die mehr als fünfundvierzig (45) Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft erfolgen, verfallen die 300 $ Zahlung zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung. Love it

Our families spent this Christmas Skiing. Loved the Condo. It was cozy and lots of space for 2 families of 3. We love skiing Purgatory. Everyone is non-pretentious and friendly people. One problem we had was the dish satellite was not working so our husbands couldn’t watch all the football games.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an incredible property right on purgatory mountain! We came for a summer get away with a group of friends!! I will share my one complaint and then turn it into a rave - there was a pretty significant sulfur smell in the house, not sure if it was the hot water heater or something in the garage, but it was pretty intense. We even opened windows and it helped a little, but still lingered. It wasn’t too bad though because we spent most of our time outside and loved every second of it! The bedrooms provide plenty of space! The bathrooms are incredible - there’s even a shower sauna in the master! The kitchen is perfect for cooking for groups and is probably the most well stocked Airbnb kitchen I’ve ever seen! Even had a kitchen aid mixer! The porch is really the star of the show! Purgatory and Durango have a lot to offer, but we chose to just spend all afternoon on the porch! Playing cards, talking, and soaking up the views! It’s good to know that there’s not really any coffee shops or grocery stores close. We tried to pick up breakfast one morning and the ski resort has super limited options and the next option was about 20/30 mins away! So just be prepared for that, but truly I would 10000% book again! Incredible!

Very Nice Rental

Amazing view, beautiful deck, upscale decor, comfortable furniture and beds, great location! Loved the heaters on the deck. We had a wonderful time! The hot tub was a bit disappointing, though, because the water was murky and overflowed onto the deck with three average sized people using it. There was also a problem with lime deposits around the kitchen and bathroom faucets and sinks. Overall, an enjoyable, comfortable stay.

Family Summer Vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo at the Purgatory ski resort during the summer! It was very luxurious with the nicest view and deck around (hot tub, heaters, etc). Super convenient to all the fun activities at the resort such as the lift, coasters, shops. We really enjoyed the white water rafting and ATV adventures, as well as visiting Mesa Verde. The location is close to not only Durango, but Silverton and Ouray if you want to adventure! Highly recommend this rental!

We enjoyed being up at Purgatory - it was close enough to Durango for the stuff we wanted to do there but closer some beautiful hikes in the mountains. Our kids had fun in the pool and doing some of the activities at Purgatory (alpine slide, ropes course, etc.) I would highly recommend this place.

Breathtaking views

House is beautiful and views are breathtaking. Only had 2 issues with our stay. There were not enough towels and not enough hot water for the size of this house. We literally had to schedule showers, laundry and dish washer. Other than that, we had a great time.
