Size & Photos: We strive for accurate photos and descriptions, but I understand that perceptions of space can vary. The photos are recent and the home is a well-maintained 1970s property with two living rooms and while it's designed for comfort and group stays, I understand experience may vary based on expectations. Bathroom Layout: The home has three full bathrooms, and while I understand the distribution may not have been ideal for your group, four bedrooms are not limited to sharing just one. Another full bathroom is just two half-levels down (15 steps away), making it easily accessible. This setup has worked well for past guests, but I’ll update the listing to ensure this detail is even clearer. Basement Bedroom: The bedroom does have a visible plumbing stack, which is clearly shown in the listing photos. However, we’ve never had previous guests mention it as an issue. We encourage guests to review the photos carefully to ensure the space meets their needs. Amenities: I’m glad we were able to respond quickly to your requests! We do stock extra supplies, including toilet paper, Kleenex, and hairdryers, in the bathroom vanities, but I’m sorry they weren’t easy to find. I’ll be sure to highlight their location more clearly in our welcome guide. Thank you again.
