The property is legally a duplex. This listing consists of the entire main level of the house plus a bonus bedroom, half bath, and laundry room in the lower level. The other "half" of the duplex is the remainder of the lower level, and has its own private entrance and full-time, wonderful, quiet tenant. You likely never would know anyone was there!

This space has been modernly decorated throughout, and includes a living room with seating for 9, a spacious kitchen with a dining table with seating for 8 and counter seating for 2, four bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

Each bedroom comes equipped with a queen bed and TV. Three of the bedrooms are on the main level, and one is on the lower level.

Tucked away in our back yard unheated cabana, our hot tub allows you to sink inside and let the jets heat and massage you, while the crisp, cool air simultaneously invigorates you! Just sit back, relax, and let the bubbles float your worries away!

This house includes driveway parking for three cars. Street parking is available for overflow.
