Welcome to our family-friendly home featuring proximity to shopping, dining, and all Iowa State has to offer. This cozy home decorated in a charming Iowa theme offers 3 designer bedrooms, brand new Novaform mattresses, an outdoor basketball hoop, and a spacious back yard complete with Weber grill. Enjoy a gas fireplace, lower-level theater area with 75” TV, kids' play room, and a fully-stocked kitchen. No matter what brings you to Ames, we would be delighted to have you as our guests!

Weekend trip to Ames

We stayed at this property during a 4 day weekend in Ames. Everything was perfect! The property is decorated so nicely, and the neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to anywhere in Ames. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home. Great for families! We are planning to stay here again!

Our gracious host provided excellent communication and instructions for this lovely home. The property was extremely well stocked, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Comfy Home for Family

This home is nicely decorated, and worked perfect for family to visit college student in Ames. We had space to relax, cook a meal and hang out/game. The hosts have thought of everything and provided good instructions. I needed to light a birthday candle and wondered if I'd find a light. First drawer in the kitchen I looked in... included matches and lighters. Needed to plug in my phone at night and looked by my side of the bed... an extension cord was right there making an outlet handy. Relaxing in the living room .. lap blankets available to cozy up nearby.

We stayed as a family of 4 during a recent college tour. The house is very well appointed with everything you’d need and is very clean and tidy. Wonderful Grad Weekend

We totally enjoyed our stay at Kiley’s place. Her communication before we arrived and after we got there was great. The house was totally as pictured in the listing. I was pleasantly surprised by the household supplies that were there (extra paper products, dishwasher pods, bath soap, etc). There was even extra smoke detector batteries which were needed during our stay. We had 5 adults and everyone was comfortable.The location was perfect for ISU graduation activities - centrally located and a coffee shop within walking distance! Would highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect despite a blizzard!!. A GREAT place to stay with kids!

This home is wonderful! There are toys and a playroom for little kids (my grandkids were very entertained), plus an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The host provided olive oil, spices, salt and pepper——items that are needed but often forgotten when going to a rental home. The home is VERY clean. The beds were absolutely comfortable with new linens and pillows. The host communicates very promptly and was very helpful. I recommend this house 100%.

Amazing stay close to ISU campus

We stayed here for ISU family weekend. We brought our daughter’s grandparents with and our mini dachshund as it is pet friendly. The home was spacious and impeccably clean. We all felt incredibly comfortable which led to our daughter staying with us for our two-night reservation. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to all local amenities and the university. We highly recommend this property and plan on booking again in the near future.

Charming/Comfortable/ Clean Home

We loved our stay at this home! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious for our family of 5. Kiley has decorated this home with such charm and thought of everything, right down to have kid bowls, plates, and silverware. Our 11 yr old loved having time to herself in the basement lounging on the comfy couch. Communication with Kiley was great! We’ll definitely stay here for our future visits.
