Escape to this stunning 6BR, 5BA estate on 10 private acres, just minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Perfect for families or groups, this home features three ensuite bedrooms, two kitchens, and expansive living areas with vaulted ceilings. Relax by the in-ground pool and spa, dine on the spacious patios, watch a movie projected on a 100in screen, or gather around the cozy built-in firepit. Enjoy modern amenities, scenic views, & easy city access. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat with space to unwind and connect. Book your unforgettable getaway today!

POOL/SPA NOTES:
One hour of in-ground propane spa heating (to 100 degrees) per night booked is included with booking (1 hour means the time it takes to heat up, plus 1 hour of heated running with jets). Additional hours can be added for $20/hr. Host will work with guest to set up desired heating schedule prior to arrival.

Pool is open year around, but heating is not currently available. Feel free to use as a cold plunge in cooler months if your doctor approves!

CAMERA DISCLOSURE
In order to ensure the safety and security of the property and our guests, there are outdoor cameras on the property:
- Front patio (doorbell camera and mounted security camera)
- Power pole next to separate unit #592 (facing house)
- Shed mounted facing back of house (distant pool view)
- Back patio camera on North side of lower area (facing pool and hot tub)
- Back patio camera on South side of upper area (facing back patio and pool and hot tub below)
- Garage camera (area not accessible to guests)

Purpose of cameras is to allow host to monitor the large property when unoccupied and determine proper functioning of pool equipment remotely (water levels, water color, etc.) If guests or prospective guests have any concerns about cameras, feel free to inquire with host.

VISITORS:
No additional visitors beyond booked guests are allowed on the property without prior written consent from host. Please inquire at booking about visitors. Large gatherings are not allowed.

LEFT ITEMS:
Guests are responsible for checking the property before departure. We are not responsible for items left behind. For liability and logistics reasons, we only ship essential items. If an item is left and found by our cleaners, we will ship upon request for a $30 handling fee plus actual shipping cost.

OTHER NOTES:
Unit 592 is a separate small house located on the same property. It is separately occupied (by a couple renting long-term) and is inaccessible to guests booking this property. It has a dedicated parking space, a small yard with a privacy fence, and none of the amenities on the listing are shared with the tenants.

It was a comfortable and relaxing get-away for the entire family. The pool and hot tub were the main attraction for us and it did not disappoint. The space downstairs was perfect for the family with small children and the upstairs was relaxing for us older folks.

Our family of nine adults and one infant thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house fit our family with four full baths and one half. We took advantage of the laundry rooms as well. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of cooking/baking supplies.While we spent most days sightseeing in Chattanooga, we found time to relax in the pool and spa. We had a great time staying at this property. There were seven adults and two infants in our group. We never felt cramped even when eating together in the kitchen. Absolutely amazing experience. Mike and Brianne are awesome hosts. Communication with them was prompt and informative. The property was fantastic. The house is roomy, comfortable and great for large get togethers. We used all of the amenities - front porch, back deck, pool, hot tub, and fire pit, and it all added to the tremendous experience we all had. This is a great place for a large gathering like a reunion or a family get together.

This was a perfect property for a family trip. There’s enough living space and bedrooms for three families to spread out and enjoy their time together. What a beautiful house and property! Our family includes 7 adults (grandmom and 3 couples) and 4 children (ages 4 and under). We met up here from 3 different states. Everyone had their own comfortable and beautiful bedroom and bath, and there were plenty of common spaces as well. It’s really hard to find a house with 3 “master suites”, but this one had them! The family of 5 had the entire downstairs to spread out which was great. Having 2 well equipped kitchens made it even easier for everyone to accommodate their family’s needs. The pool was perfect—and the hot tub was heaven. The kids enjoyed running around the property chasing lightning bugs and “exploring” . The pool is securely fenced separate from the house which was important to us as the kids are all small but able to open doors. The hosts were delightful and replied to every inquiry within moments. There was even a notebook with every local attraction and restaurant and all the info you could ever need. There is a TON of fun stuff to do nearby but we only ventured out once—to the aquarium. We just spent our days and evenings relaxing at the house! Our family will definitely return —it was perfect for a relaxing week together. Thank you so much!!!

This is exactly the kind of stay we hope every family has: everyone comfortable in their own space, kids chasing lightning bugs in the yard, and no reason to leave except for the aquarium. the kids loved the pool and hot tub. the adults loved the deck where we could see the kids.

Graduation weekend

My family came to celebrate my son's college graduation and this house was perfect. It was so spacious and close to everything.

Family wedding

We stayed at the property due to a wedding nearby. The property and house were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was so cute and stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Cutest place I’ve ever stayed and all of the family loved it. Hot tub and pool were phenomenal. Owners were always helpful replying to all questions and requests. Would defiantly recommend!!

Family Vacation

We stayed with our whole family...our four adult children, spouses and girlfriends, and grandbaby. We had a total of 11 people and had plenty of room! We loved the two kitchens and abundant living space. We were very close to Chattanooga and all that the city has to offer. I would love to go back in warmer weather to get full use of the pool and hot tub!
