Signal Mountain is nestled atop a mountain, providing stunning views of the surrounding Tennessee Valley and the Appalachian foothills. It is a prime location for outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and wildlife watching. The neighborhood consists mainly of single-family homes, on larger lots.

Proximity to Chattanooga: Signal Mountain is just a short drive from downtown Chattanooga, with convenient access to city attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Rock City, and the vibrant Riverfront District. The drive into Chattanooga is scenic and relatively quick, making it easy to enjoy both the peace of suburban living and the culture of the city.

ITEMS TO NOTE:
The acreage of the property is steep, so we recommend not venturing off the developed part of the property.

We are located on the way up Signal Mountain, which is a very windy road and has a fairly steep driveway. You'll want to plan on bringing just two cars for the most convenient experience (but a third car is possible if you don't mind moving them around as needed for others to get out of the turnaround).
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. We do not allow local residents to book this property.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential neighborhood, please respect the neighbors!
