Unwind and connect with friends and family in our insta-worthy, retro inspired home. We have it all - the perfect location, beautifully designed interior & lots of outdoor space. Located on a paved walking/bike path in the heart of the St. Elmo neighborhood 10 mins to downtown. Easily walkable to food & drinks or coffee & ice cream. Over 2200 sq ft, we comfortably sleep 10 adults in 4 bedrooms/ 3.5 bath. A 5 person hot tub, 30 ft pool, ping pong table, yard games, a private bar, and fire pit!

*Parking ~ parks up to six vehicles. A short walk up the sidewalk will take you to the ground floor entry with smart lock.

*In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with three exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, there are no cameras on the inside.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and front and rear yard. There is a detached shed that is not included in the rental of this property.

Other things to note
Guest Access: Guests will receive your unique door code with check-in instructions a few days prior to arrival. The home is accessed via smart lock.

Parking: The parking area can fit 4-6 cars. It’s located off a walking path, PLEASE BE CAREFUL when pulling in or backing out, people are riding bikes and pushing strollers.

Fire pit: If you would like to use the fire pit during your stay, you will need to bring your own firewood. If you would like us to provide it for you, we can do so for a fee.

TV’s: There is NO cable TV. You can log into your own accounts using apps on the Smart TVs to watch movies and TV shows: Netflix, Prime, HBO, etc.
