It was a comfortable and relaxing get-away for the entire family. The pool and hot tub were the main attraction for us and it did not disappoint. The space downstairs was perfect for the family with small children and the upstairs was relaxing for us older folks.

Our family of nine adults and one infant thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house fit our family with four full baths and one half. We took advantage of the laundry rooms as well. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of cooking/baking supplies.While we spent most days sightseeing in Chattanooga, we found time to relax in the pool and spa. It was easy to communicate with Mike and Brianna who replied promptly to any requests.

We had a great time staying at this property. There were seven adults and two infants in our group. We never felt cramped even when eating together in the kitchen. Loved that each bedroom had a connected bathroom. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Easy access to Chattanooga but in quiet secluded neighborhood. Had tons of room and beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the spa and media room and roasting marshmallows on the firepit. Lots of birds to watch. Really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely amazing experience. Mike and Brianne are awesome hosts. Communication with them was prompt and informative. The property was fantastic. The house is roomy, comfortable and great for large get togethers. We used all of the amenities - front porch, back deck, pool, hot tub, and fire pit, and it all added to the tremendous experience we all had. This is a great place for a large gathering like a reunion or a family get together.

We appreciate great communication! Mike and Brianna were on the ball! They were clear, direct, and very helpful for each step of our stay. Also the property is SO quiet to be so close to everything that we wanted to do. If you are going to Chattanooga or to see any of the sights on Lookout Mountain - this is the perfect place to stay.

Family Trip Perfection

This was a perfect property for a family trip. There’s enough living space and bedrooms for three families to spread out and enjoy their time together. The pool and spa were an added bonus to keep the kids entertained. Close to Chattanooga and easy access to the area attractions. Wonderful host communication and hospitality. What a beautiful house and property! Our family includes 7 adults (grandmom and 3 couples) and 4 children (ages 4 and under). We met up here from 3 different states. Everyone had their own comfortable and beautiful bedroom and bath, and there were plenty of common spaces as well. It’s really hard to find a house with 3 “master suites”, but this one had them! The family of 5 had the entire downstairs to spread out which was great. Having 2 well equipped kitchens made it even easier for everyone to accommodate their family’s needs. The pool was perfect—and the hot tub was heaven. The kids enjoyed running around the property chasing lightning bugs and “exploring” . The pool is securely fenced separate from the house which was important to us as the kids are all small but able to open doors. The hosts were delightful and replied to every inquiry within moments. There was even a notebook with every local attraction and restaurant and all the info you could ever need. There is a TON of fun stuff to do nearby but we only ventured out once—to the aquarium. We just spent our days and evenings relaxing at the house! Our family will definitely return —it was perfect for a relaxing week together. Thank you so much!!!

Family wedding

We stayed at the property due to a wedding nearby. The property and house were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was so cute and stocked with all pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Cutest place I’ve ever stayed and all of the family loved it. Hot tub and pool were phenomenal. Owners were always helpful replying to all questions and requests. Would defiantly recommend!!
