We are located just 2 blocks from the famous white, sugar soft sand & gorgeous blue-green water of the Emerald Coast! A convenient 5-minute walk to a gated beach access or a 2-minute car ride to park your car or golf cart at 1 of 3 public parking lots!
This newly remodeled, gorgeous two story home is brand new to the rental market and has its own 2 car garage, upscale furnishings, luxurious Bamboo linens, comfortable beds and a covered front porch to relax on, unless you prefer the back patio under the garden lights or the upstairs balcony! We do not have cable, but enjoy all your favorite shows on one of our 4 Smart TV's through our high-speed internet access & your media accounts! We are dog friendly for just $35/ day on short stays or $250 for the week. Prior approval required before booking.

On the first floor is the large master bedroom & ensuite with king-size luxurious bedding, 55" Smart TV, desk, printer, double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and garden tub. The fully appointed kitchen has everything you will need! All new appliances including oven with convection & air fry if you feel like cooking a meal at home. Behind the sliding barn doors is a large pantry, and a 1/2 bathroom is located steps away. The living room has a comfortable sofa with chaise, 2 swivel chairs, shiplap, mantel, electric fireplace, 65" Smart TV & is open to the beautiful dining area that can seat up to 8.

Upstairs is bedroom #2 with a queen bed, luxurious linens, Smart TV, and french doors that lead to a sun balcony with Adirondack chairs. Bedroom #3 has 2 full-size beds, luxurious linens, and a Smart TV. It's a great room for the kiddos but can also accommodate adults! Spacious, shared bathroom with a double vanity & brand new waterfall shower gives you plenty of room to get ready for a night out!

After a day at the beach, step into the fenced-in private backyard and rinse away all the sand from bodies, coolers, and toys at the outside shower with hot water! Our new patio table has a propane fire pit to enjoy under our beautiful garden lights. Don't feel like going out for dinner? No worries. We have a Weber charcoal grill to cook the most perfect steak! And after dinner, enjoy a fun game of cornhole!

We are located in Miramar Palms, which is a small, quiet neighborhood with just 10 homes, luscious landscaping, private, palm tree lined cul-de-sac, and just steps away from the sparkling pool. We are a golf cart friendly community! Also, we're within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping... Golf Cart Rentals,
Pompano Joe's, Whales Tale, Pascalli Kitchen, Kenny D's, Royal Palm & Beach Bar, Emerald Coast Winery, Alvins, Captain Dave's, Bad Ass Coffee, and more! Did I mention just a 5-minute drive to the Outlet Mall & Destin Commons?! And for groceries...Publix, Whole Foods, Winn Dixie, The Fresh Market....As you can see, we are close to everything! Destin is just 5 minutes away! We are in close proximity to MANY fun activities to make your vacation a memorable one!
