Diese Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern wurde im November 2016 und im April 2018 einem großen Facelifting unterzogen, einschließlich neuem Vinyldielenboden, neuen Treppen, neuen Quarz-Arbeitsplatten, neuen Möbeln und Dekor und neuem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer. Diese Unterkunft verfügt über zwei Balkone mit fantastischem Blick auf den Golf. Jedes Schlafzimmer und Bad befindet sich auf einer separaten Etage und auf verschiedenen Seiten des Stadthauses, um maximale Privatsphäre für zwei Paare oder ein Paar mit Kindern zu bieten. Eine neue Luxus-Walk-in-Dusche mit hellgrauen U-Bahn-Fliesen und Akzenten aus Kieselsteinen wurde im oberen Master-Bad installiert. Beide Badezimmer haben an der Wand befestigte Hotel-Stil Haartrockner. Das Blue Surf 16B verfügt außerdem über zwei ausgewiesene Parkplätze abseits der Straße und einen privaten Highspeed-Internet-Service von Cox Cable. Mit diesem privaten WLAN-System sollten Sie kein Problem haben, Zugang zum Internet oder zu Streaming-Medien zu bekommen. Sie finden Anweisungen für den Zugang in Ihrem Check-in-Brief.

Im Blue Surf genießen Sie ein weitläufiges Grundstück, einen direkten Zugang zum Strand, eine üppige tropische Landschaft, Holzkohlegrills, einen saisonal beheizten Pool, einen Shuffleboard-Platz und bequemen Zugang zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Golfplätzen und anderen Aktivitäten. Zusätzlich zum privaten WLAN-Internetzugang ist das Gerät 16B mit einer Vielzahl von Brettspielen, Puzzles und Videos für Ihren Genuss bestückt.

Great beach getaway!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! It was a short walk to the beach where chairs and umbrellas were included in the stay. The grounds were very well maintained. We also enjoyed several of the restaurants - all within walking distance! Communication with host was excellent.

The location of this property was great and is really the only great thing I can say about this rental. It was convenient to the beach, and the area itself was great.Unfortunately, the condition of the property was very disappointing and did not match what we expected. We arrived to find multiple maintenance issues that clearly existed before our stay, including mold on the upstairs bathroom vent, water leaking from the vent, a leaking kitchen sink, a washing machine that leaked water into the hallway every time it was used, and an upstairs toilet that continuously ran. The shower also showed signs that cleaning and maintenance had been overlooked before our arrival. The upstairs shower had significant mold issues. These were not issues caused during our stay—they were existing problems that should have been addressed before the home was rented.The leaking washer created enough water in the hallway that my daughter slipped, which was especially concerning. I did not want maintenance personnel coming in and out during our family vacation to repair issues that should have been resolved before guests arrived.What made the experience even more frustrating was the host’s response. Rather than acknowledging the property’s condition and taking responsibility for the obvious maintenance concerns, I felt like the blame was repeatedly shifted onto me. The photos they referenced did not accurately reflect the condition of the property when we arrived. I would look elsewhere.

While we respect every guest’s right to share feedback, this review leaves out several important facts. The guest checked in on July 2 and did not report these concerns until July 8. When they were finally reported, maintenance was promptly offered, but the guest refused to allow anyone to enter the unit to inspect the issues or make repairs. It is unreasonable to decline access and then publicly criticize the host for problems that we were not permitted to assess or correct. The unit was professionally cleaned and inspected before arrival, and neither we nor our local management company had received any previous reports of these issues. After checkout, the unit was thoroughly inspected. A loose garbage disposal connection was found to have caused the leak under the sink, and a minor toilet issue were repaired. However, the washing machine did not leak during testing, and the reported water leak from the upstairs vent could not be reproduced. Therefore, we cannot verify when or how several of the conditions described in this review occurred. Despite the delayed reporting and refusal of maintenance access, we refunded the $200 cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill. No additional compensation was warranted. We take the condition of our property seriously, as reflected by the consistent 10/10 ratings it has received from previous guests. Our listing photos accurately represent the unit, with the exception of a newer couch and entertainment center added since the photographs were taken. Future guests can be assured that legitimate concerns will always receive a prompt response—provided we are notified and allowed the opportunity to address them.

Great Stay

Our family enjoyed the condo during busy labor day weekend. The property matched everything in the description along with great views and walking distance from the beach right across the street! The property owner was nice and even let us check out an hour later upon request.

Great times

We loved the location, the free umbrella and chairs as well as the updated 2 story floor plan. If the pool wasn’t so small then we would have given it 5 stars across the board but very nice place.

Thank you for the review John! I wish I had control over how large the pool is, unfortunately that is completely out of my control haha. But it is heated October - March, which is a plus as some in the area are not. Hope to hear from you again in the future.

2nd time

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Our stay was great! The location is perfect. Ocean view and an easy walk to the beach! The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

Seaview retreat

We had a great stay here at the condo while our home build was being completed. Michelle was wonderful and very flexible with our crazy schedule and the condo was well equipped, comfortable and quiet....just the way we like it and the view is amazing. Would recommend to friends for sure!

Much needed sunshine!

This property was wonderful. From balcony you could see the beautiful gulf waters and enjoy relaxing breezes. Beach access was directly across the street where we had an umbrella and 2 chairs waiting for us to enjoy. And if you wanted to enjoy a beverage Pampono Joe's ocean bar was a dew steps away. It was an awesome vacation!

Glad I chose this rental!

Michelle delivered on this. The VRBO description was accurate. We loved the location and the condo. Love the bedrooms on 2 different floors. Would recommend highly!!

Our family has traveled to Destin numerous times and have always stayed in the Miramar Beach area. We are from Louisville, KY and have owned a property management company for the past 30+ years. Blue Surf is located in Miramar Beach and is in the perfect location for getting to so many different things while there, either on foot, by bike, or by car. You are only 100 yards to the beautiful white sand beaches and the crystal blue waters of the Gulf. The ever so popular beach hang out Pompano Joe's (a landmark seafood restaurant) is right across the street from Blue Surf. Kenny D's, Surf Hut, Whales Tail, Captain Dave's are all within walking distance as well. Grocery shopping is just a very short drive away, as well as the outlet mall. You can't go wrong with the Blue Surf location.
