We also wanted to share that the house was left unlocked upon your departure, with the key left on the kitchen island. The check out instructions were left open to the page showing check out details. The trash was not taken out and the heat was turned up to 78 degrees on both thermostats. This had both units running in Aux/Emergency heat when the cleaning crew arrived to an unlocked house. Your courtesy refund of the linen fee and cleaning fee was executed prior to your check-in as requested. This was refunded as a courtesy due to your original booking not being the days you intended when you made the booking. Please let us know if you did not receive the refund as VRBO has confirmed it was sent. Best Eden
