Only 2 miles/5 minute drive to VIR. Fully restored & updated in 2020. Central heat and air conditioning as well as all modern conveniences including Tesla charging station and Apple TV. Spacious, modern, light-filled living room/kitchen addition with full-size washer & dryer. Two bedrooms, each with Queen bed & adjoining, private full bath. Dining room that doubles as office space. Ample private off-street parking. Outdoor porches with seating on both the front and back of the cottage. Beautifully furnished! One of a kind!

Nice location away from busy downtown but close to a very beautiful area of beach. My family enjoyed our stay, loved having fires on the beach. The house was equipped with all necessities including plenty of towels, soap, tp, etc. We were all very comfortable staying here and would return if ever in the area again.

This house was absolutely fabulous. So clean everything you could possibly want great location for us to go to VIR racetrack cute little town where we found places to eat. The host were great. Anything you need? They left a lot of extras as well. Well stock kitchen great front and back porch. Highly recommend this home.

Highly Recommend This Gem!

This was by far one of the best homes we have stayed at in all of our travels. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was amazing; beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed and more! The house decor is lovely, with unique pieces that you don't find in many rentals. A blend of antique and modern farmhouse that flowed beautifully. There is plenty of parking. It's very close to VIR if you're here for racing, and it's right in the cute little town of Milton with places to eat within walking distance. The hosts, John and Carolee were very responsive to questions we had. They provided some very nice extra touches in the home, including some breakfast sandwiches, granola bars, coffee, creamer and sugars. Our only complaint would be that we wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!
