The space
The ground floor includes an open kitchen dining and living room so the entire family and spend time together. Off the dining room is a screened in porch with another dining table and propane fire table.

The king bed primary suite is also on the ground floor.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a full bed, sleeping couch and twin trundle. This bedroom also has a Nintendo Wii. Also upstairs is a 4th bedroom-gameroom combo. This room has 3 built in twin beds and also a comfortable couch. The kids will love this room on a rainy day with a mix of old school video games.

The private dock is also stocked with an assortment of life jackets. water toys, fishing poles, kayaks and paddle boards.

We also have a regulation size private lakeside pickleball court.

Everything was fabulous. We loved the phone cords. That was a nice touch. Your property was spectacular. Thank you for everything. If we could have changed one thing it would be to smooth out the concrete on the pickleball court. There were lots of dead spots. But the view made up for it!

We spent Christmas at this lake house with our family and had an amazing stay. The pictures truly do not do the house justice, it’s even better in person! The home was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the fire pit, game room, kayaks, and pickleball court, which gave everyone something to enjoy throughout the stay. The accommodations were excellent, and the peaceful lake setting made our holiday extra special. We made wonderful memories and would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing time!! The house was great … everything you needed plus so clean and organized! Needed Lake Hyco Respite

Wonderful stay while coming to Semora for a funeral on my husband's side of the family. This was the perfect comfortable and ell furnished home we needed to relax, decompress and bond as a family. The scenery and environment were completely soothing and comforting. Thank you Scott for a wonderful stay.

Weekend Graduation Celebration

Beautiful house with lots of amenities! We all had fun enjoying the pickle ball court, lake, hot tub, deck sitting while using the firepit table, and game night! All essentials were provided just as the listing stated.

Awesome Lake House

This house is a beautiful open space design with great bedrooms and bathrooms. The screened in porch with fire table is a nice touch. Our grandkids enjoyed the pickle ball court and loved the dock where they spent a lot of time fishing. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Well equipped house and dock house. We would definitely stay there again.

We just returned from one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we booked to the final minute of checkout, Scott was the perfect host—prompt, polite, and incredibly responsive. The house itself was immaculate and impressively equipped, down to phone charging cables in every room.We had a quick question about the hot tub and Scott answered within 20 minutes. Speaking of the hot tub—it was a highlight, along with the cozy screened-in porch and fireplace. The dock house offered stand-up paddle boards and kayaks, which we enjoyed on the peaceful, beautiful lake. It was the perfect setting for our girls’ weekend getaway.We were celebrating a friend’s recent divorce, and walking into a kitchen overflowing with “Just Divorced” balloons and decorations—including a sash for our newly single friend—was the most delightful surprise. That thoughtful touch set the tone for a joyful, relaxing trip.As avid pickleball players, we were thrilled with the on-site court. We played, laughed, and soaked in the serenity. Every detail of this home was curated with care—comfortable, inviting, and full of special touches. We will absolutely be back!
