Nestled directly on the sandy shores of a hidden cove, this stunning beach house offers everything you need for a luxurious coastal escape!
Direct beach access means the sandy beach and ocean is just steps away, whether you're up for a morning swim, sunset stroll, or beachside yoga session.
Spanning Three spacious levels, this modern retreat comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five beautifully designed bedrooms, each featuring plush bedding, air conditioning, and tranquil décor.
The open-concept living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, offering seamless views of the beach and ocean. The fully equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up gourmet meals, while the adjacent dining area allows for shared meals with the soothing sound of the waves in the background.
Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to your private paradise. The large, sparkling, heated saltwater pool is the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach, or enjoy an evening swim under the stars. There is also a heated hot tub section (85-90 degrees) to soothe your body and relax in. The poolside lounge area and a BBQ grill, invites you to relax and soak in the coastal breeze.
* Note: the heated hot tub is NOT a true hot tub/ jacuzzi and we don’t list it as such. It is a warmer area than the rest of the heated pool to relax and enjoy!

Located within the exclusive Palmas Del Mar gated community, Driftwood Beachfront Retreat feels like you’re in a secluded paradise while also being just a quick golf cart ride away from local shops and restaurants, golf, tennis, equestrian center and more- Driftwood Beachfront Retreat offers both seclusion and convenience! Whether you want to explore Palmas Del Mar, the local town, try out water sports, or simply relax by the beach, this home offers the perfect base for your dream vacation. House Rules:
GENERAL
* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
* No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
* Child Safety: Parents are responsible for the safety of their children. Please supervise them at all times.
* Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off any sand before coming inside.
* No Parties or Events
* No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
* The maximum number of guests is 10, All guests must register their name on the booking. Only paying registered guests are allowed on the property.
* Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
* Please follow our pool rules for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
* Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
* Appliance Use: Please turn off all appliances, lights, and air conditioning when leaving the property.
* Parking: Only park in designated areas.
* Safety and Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
* Treat the property with care, Any damages or excessive mess will result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
* Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in designated bins next to entrance gate.
* The host is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
* Visitors: No additional visitors are allowed without prior approval from the host.
AIR CONDITIONING
* Do NOT open windows with air conditioning on- this may damage the unit and you will be charged to repair or replace it.
* Close the room’s door of the air conditioning unit while on.
* Do NOT turn air condition temperature below 71 degrees.
* Turn off air conditioning units when not in use or when leaving the premises.
- We reserve the right to remotely adjust the air conditioning temperature and operation at all times. This includes remotely turning them off at our discretion.
ENERGY USAGE DURING POWER OUTAGES
We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable stay; however, please be aware that Puerto Rico’s electrical grid is prone to interruptions. To mitigate this, our property is equipped with a robust 27-panel solar array and two Tesla Powerwall batteries to maintain essential power during short outages (less than 1 hour).
Important: In the event of a grid outage, guests may need to significantly reduce energy consumption to ensure continued operation of critical systems. This includes limiting or avoiding the use of air conditioners, as these appliances can quickly deplete the stored energy in the batteries.
We reserve the right to remotely turn off air conditioners, pool heater and other non-essential, energy- intensive appliances until the grid power is restored. Please note this is a rare occurrence and typically power interruptions are short and handled by our backup system without interruption or notice to the guest- but it is a possibility so keep that in mind prior to booking.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Please note that our pool and yard maintenance team may visit the property during your stay for routine upkeep. To minimize any disruption to your enjoyment during the day, These visits are scheduled early in the morning. We work to ensure these services have minimal impact while keeping the property clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests.
