Willkommen in der Villa Mar !!!!
Entfliehen Sie dem, was unserer Familie seit 50 Jahren als der magischste Ort der Welt bekannt ist !!!! El Cocal ist eine Wohnanlage mit Strandhäusern zwischen den wunderschönen Bergen und dem karibischen Ozean an der Ostküste von Puerto Rico. Hier können Körper, Geist und Seele nicht anders, als sich zu entspannen und eins mit der Natur zu werden.
Villa Mar ist ein brandneues Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 1/2 Bädern. Master Bedroom hat ein Queen-Size-Bett. 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten oben und voll auf der Unterseite mit einem Ausziehbett. 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer-TV, DVD, iPod-Station, Spiele, Filme, Esszimmer, große Veranda mit Blick auf das Meer, Hammac und Gartenmöbel, Außendusche und Bad, Waschmaschine und Trockner, alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Parkplatz für 2 Autos , Clubhaus mit Basketballplatz, Liegestühlen, Basketball, etc .. In der Nähe von Schnorcheln, Restaurants, Golf, Regenwald, Old San Juan.

Beautiful home, very well maintained and fully stocked with everything you need—and more—for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent and feels very safe. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean was truly a highlight. The kid-friendly pool is a huge plus. Our family had a great time—we even caught a huge fish.Our fishing spot was turn right end of the beach.Looking forward to coming back again.

We were looking for a quiet and beautiful place to spend a long weekend with friends. Elizabeth's place was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and the bedrooms and bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with enough supplies for our stay. The pool was perfect and it overlooked a beautiful coastal beach in southeastern Puerto Rico. Elizabeth was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this villa.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. The place was spectacular. The view, the ocean, the beach, the pool, the views,.. need I say more. The place had everything we needed. We brought plenty of food and were planning on going out some, but it was just too beautiful and relaxing to leave. The beach was perfect as part of it had large rocks in a cove to make swimming perfect for little ones and adults. It was very private and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Sitting in the pool and looking over the ocean is beyond paradise. We will be back!!! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise.

Picture perfect location!

We loved our stay here. House was very clean and nicely decorated. 3 nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen were a good size. The pool and patio were used every day and evenings too! Amazing view of the ocean from the pool, we loved it! We appreciated that pool/ beach towels were provided. We will be coming back to this home. Highly recommend!
