First and foremost the LOCATION!! This property is the closest you can get to the ocean! Literally 10 steps to the gate and then you’re there! The water was to rough to swim BUT less then a minute’s walk to the far left side of the beach the dead end is a rock cove that prevents the waves so you are able to swim even with the large waves. The roof top pool was great it’s not really deep so our 9 year old could touch the bottom which was great. We used the grill a lot during our 8 night vacation. Everything we needed was there, kitchen utensils, pool toys, beach toys, coolers. Even the fridge contained your basic condiments which is unusual, we did restock the ketchup. Water bottles in the fridge were a great surprise after a long trip to get there. The initial entrance was a bit confusing, when you pull in off the main road stay to the left at the Y in the road, do NOT go right, we did and oh my gosh the roads a dead end at the top of a cliff and it’s very narrow!! It was a little scary. About halfway down the hill after the left at the Y is a big black gate, then you go through that all the way down to the beach parking lot and the house is right there. I did have to call Emma to get to the house after going the wrong way at the split but we got there. She was super patient getting us turned around. We most definitely would stay at this location again, the only thing this property is missing is a hot tub. Thank you for making your property available!

Great Family Getaway.

Great spot for an adults only family vacation. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenient grocery for the well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was here.

We took our daughter and her two friends for their graduation. This was a special trip for them. The house is beautiful. Lots of privacy, and we really enjoyed the pool and the view from the pool. Everything we needed was there. We fell in love with Puerto Rico. We're planning another trip back.

Amazing stay right on the beach

Location location location! The house is right on the beach so you couldn't ask for a better spot. We were a group of two families with little children and had more than enough space for all of us. The pool and deck was amazing to hang out at. The house itself is a bit older but is well maintained. We had great communication with our host and Emma was able to help with any issue that we faced. Great hosts. Would highly recommend this vrbo.

Our Favorite Retreat in Puerto Rico

This is our second year spending Christmas at Villa Reina, and it has been amazing once again. Our group is seasoned at VRBO rentals and this property is great! Emma was very responsive and we had everything we needed as far as towels, kitchenware, bedding, etc. This house is literal steps from the beach and the outdoor space is phenomenal. We had two families of four in the house and we had enough room for all. The only downside is that there aren’t two en suite masters, but we made it work. The location, cleanliness and value made up for it. Highly recommend.

Great home!

This house was perfect for our two families. Emma communicated well and responded quickly when messaged. Nice pool, great rooftop entertaining area with beautiful views. Plenty of restaurants and Ralph’s grocery store is about a 15 minute drive. I will definitely stay here again!
